First off, I hope everyone considers who has left previous reviews. Theres always more to a story than what a customer says and they might not be completely accurate. Chelsea has helped me on multiple occasions find items that I was looking for, as well as giving me the personal attention to make my shopping experience great! Noah is always personable and would drop anything hes working on in the behind the scenes to help you, hes a true gem. Kassie is another favorite sales associate, she is a sweet heart! I honestly have never met an unhelpful person at this Gap Outlet store! The gap outlet staff and store selection is top notch, theyre the best around! Thank you Gap employees!

Just left store had three cardigans that I wanted to purchase but left empty handed. Was ignored by all three sales clerks never asked if I needed help. My husband and I left and I just left the cardigans on the counter. I walked back in about five minutes later and asked the salesclerk her name It was Chelsea I has to who the manager was she said he was busy on a conference call and couldnt speak to me and that his name was Noah. I proceeded to tell her that with three of them being present and constantly walking by for them not to ask us if we needed help was a show of the worst customer service Ive ever encountered not to worry will not be visiting there again

Absolutely the WORST customer service Ive ever encountered by a man named John. My girlfriend thought he was checking her out, and said he was creepy. Then to top it off, we get up to the registers to pay, and hes on some sort of tablet & ignoring us. He looked way too old to be working a place like this (20-something crowd).
