Service is always great here. One snag yesterday. Two employees who didnt understand why it is important to prepare products with clean gloves. Young lady placed her ponytail in a bun with gloves on and immediately after began to prepare ice cream for her patrons. Young lady stated I dont handle the ice cream directly with my hands. But she wasnt rude. I simply stated that some ppl may take offense to that. She stated that some ppl dont even wear gloves. Still she wasnt rude. Young man says yea I had someone take offense when I handled cash with my gloves and then went to prepare ice cream. The young lady did change her gloves and the young man prepared my dish. Didnt matter to me who prepared it though. Ive patronized here for quite some time. But just interesting.

Please change your hours online to reflect what time you actually close. It still says that you close at midnight online when you Google your hours, but in reality you close at 11pm. It is very frustrating to look up what time you close, go outside in the cold just to go to your establishment, only to be told you are closing and then be rudely argued with (customer is always right) when it clearly says midnight online. That being said your ice cream is very good.

This is a great place for getting dessert in the CP area. They have limited seating only about 6 seats. We ordered the strawberry blonde and coffee ice cream in the waffle cones. Even with the long wait to the door we had our desserts in less than 10 mins. They have great student discounts and many school clubs sell promotional discount cards with bogo promos.

Love this location...always friendly and ready to assist. The parking lot can be a little congested but it well worth it. Better than the Blvd location in my opinion.

Great quality ice cream. I like the chocolate devotion and the peanut butter cup perfection. Of course, you can always customize your own if you like.

First time having coldstone and now Ive had it 4 times in 2 weeks. Expensive habit. Great ice creme. Highly recommend the cake batter and shake.
