Do you not teach your staff about food safety? Seriously, I am not a germaphobe, but I was nauseated at what I saw. Two employees were at the register, behind the toppings bar. One kept picking up pieces of cheese cake with in-gloves hands and eating it. The other was standing there, with her own sundae eating it OVER the toppings bar. She even put her spoon down on the counter with the edge (that was just in her mouth) over one of the dishes. When another customer told her "you are aware that eating over food you are serving is a health code violation." The blond replied with some stupid excuse about not eating dinner. I have to hand it to the woman who confronted her. She calmly explained that it is unsanitary, and that the appropriate place to eat is either in a break room or at the tables provided. Your employee gave a VERY RUDE "sorry not sorry". Please educate your employees about health safety. Remember the home video parents took of their toddler as he died a horrible death cause by secondary ecoli contamination, due to The Jack-in-the-Box? The kid who died didnt even eat there. A kid at daycare passed it on. Maybe make them watch it an actually SEE what contamination of food can do. In short, I pitched our food and left. Partly because of the clear contamination hazards, and partly because I wanted to give that blond a piece of my mind. She mocked the woman (a customer) who informed her that she was violating health code, IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!! F.R.O.G.?

FroYo is finally here! A couple weeks ago, I really wanted frozen yogurt (like from Pinkberry) but discovered there werent any yogurt bars within a reasonable distance. That same day I found out Sweet Frog would be opening down the street from where I live! I missed the opening day, but visited Sweet Frog the day after. It was surprisingly busy for a Sunday afternoon. The cashier was very friendly, and asked if it were my first time there so she could explain how the process worked. I was delighted to see that Sweet Frog had non-dairy options, so I went with the raspberry pomegranate. I topped it off with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, sliced almonds, and a drizzle of nutella. I love all the options for toppings, from healthy to decadent. Though I will probably stick with the non-dairy yogurt, all the flavor varieties sure are tempting! I like the pay-by-weight method and getting to put as many toppings as I want on my yogurt. The atmosphere was very welcoming and cheery, and I will definitely be coming back again! I made sure to pick up a rewards card!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Sweet Frog!! We have been there 3 or 4 times already. My 5 year old cant understand why we cant go there every day!! Love all of the flavors to choose from but love the Mango and the Low Fat Cake Batter the best. Of course every family member has their own favorites... which is the best part about it. So fun for the kids to make their own treat. Wonderful selection of toppings. Love the fresh fruit and mochi as well as cookie dough and cereal toppings. My husband and I were talking about getting a bigger size next time so we have more room for the yummy toppings. Ive even considered changing my running route to make a stop at SF... 2.8 miles there, re-fuel with FROYO and toppings and then 2.8 back home!! Sounds like the PERFECT run to me!!!!! :-) Thanks for bringing such a GREAT place to Mechanicsburg!

I am now addicted to Sweet Frog! At least, my husband says I am! It is such a fun atmosphere, perfect for all ages!! The Frozen Yogurt is delicious, and there are so many flavors to choose from! Dont even get me started on the toppings, cause the list of my favorites go on and on! The thing that my family really loves is how you can really make it any way you want it!!! You can choose any size bowl, any mixture of flavors, and any toppings you want, so fun for kids! The price is reasonable and the staff is soooo friendly and helpful which makes it even more appealing! I love sweet frog!! I love the cake batter, yogurt chips, marshmallow combination. But please, please, remind the employee running this branch on July 16,2017 1:30pm, to be more friendly with her customers. Im sure she wasnt racist because we were both female asians, and she might be having a bad day as early as 1:30pm-ish, but there are no excuses and exceptions when it comes to giving service to people. Sweet Frog is a happy place. If you cant put up a smile and put down your sickening attitude, dont work at Sweet Frog. :) :) :) :) :)

We had a blast at Sweet Frog!! We took six 3 and 4 year olds after preschool and they loved it. The staff was friendly, it was very neat and clean and the kiddos loved it!! There are so many toppings to choose from how could they not be in heaven. As a mom, I like how you can regulate how much frozen yogurt they get and the toppings. We love Sweet Frog frozen yogurt! The staff is cheerful and friendly, the restaurant clean, and the yogurt is so delightfully yummy! They have tons of toppings and you pay based on weight (the yogurt - not you!), so it can be as affordable or expensive as you want it. It will be a great date destination, family fun night stop, post-game treat, or a refreshing excuse to get out of the heat. Were so glad theyre here!

Heard about Sweet Frogs via extended family and actually dropped in on this new location coming back home to Buffalo, NY on vacation down south. The restaurant was clean and the employees friendly and helpful. I havent been a huge frozen yogurt fan in the past but this was amazing. I thought it was a great bargain for all that you get, great variety and I only wish we had one in Buffalo.

I am so disappointed... I love sweet frog but as we sat eating our delicious treat we watched a child repeatedly go up to the topping bar and reach in with her hands to scoop out treats and eat them.. When the employee noticed that the one treat she couldnt reach instead of telling her no she helped her get it... Ugh will be awhile til I have sweet frog again...

Just tried to go to the new Washington, PA location at about 1:30 p.m. By all appearances the place appeared to be open, I went in but there not single person in sight. After waiting about a minute or two without any employee showing their face. I walked back out. If this is how they run a business, they will be out of business within a few months.

We love Sweet Frog! Great toppings and yogurt-the fresh fruit is my favorite! AND reasonable prices-took 5 kids there the other day and we all got decent sized portions with at least 3 toppings each for under 15 bucks! Thought that was great for 6 "healthy sundaes"!
