Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. However the employees had terrible customer service. I went to Baskin Robbins because I found a BOGO coupon. I wasnt greeted when I walked in, when I was looking at the different ice creams so if them looked melted and the variety wasnt the best. Anyway there were no other customer in the store when I arrived and I saw the employees behind the counter on their phones at this point I had been waiting 5-6 minutes for some acknowledgment when that didnt happen I flagged down an employee that had already walked past me several times and asked him if he could help me. He rudely replied what do you want. I told him what I wanted, he made it and then disappeared without ringing me up. He walked past me again ON THE PHONE looked at me and didnt say anything I again prompted him to ring me up and looked surprised I had asked him to so. I try to use the BOGO coupon but he incorrectly rang it causing more frustration. It took 15 minutes for me to get 2 sundaes when there were no other customers that needed to be helped. I will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins the employees must not value their customers business.

Food is from corporate so this rating is reflective of the service. Asking for "no cheese" is 50% successful. Drive through does not always give napkins, thats a real problem for greasy sandwiches and frosted donuts. Condiments (pepper, salt, ketchup) are rarely available. In short, poorly managed and inconsistent performance. There is a sign by the till requesting customers call corporate if they experience issues with the independently owned franchise. I hope someone calls and negotiates a buy-out of the location

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. You can stand at the counter for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledges your presence. The people that work there are so depressed and need to be on a work improvement plan to address the horrible customer service.

Its a nice place to hang out. Everything is fresh. The employees are not the nicest and the coffee is atrocious.
