I have a brand new computer and it crashed it on one day. It simply wouldnt start. I did all the troubleshooting myself and watched all the you tube videos to seek help but in vain. I then came across this small business but I had all my personal data saved on my computer which made me hesitant to trust a small business to fix my computer. I then went to Best Buy and after I spoke to a Geek Squad member I was told that it would be cheaper for me to buy a brand new computer instead of getting it fixed. I decided to give CCFX Computer Repair a try and am I glad I did. They fixed my computer for a very reasonable price and it runs like brand new. I was delighted with their service. I had two old computers (Laptops) that didnt work. Because of my wonderful experience with this shop, I took both of those laptops to them. They fixed them both and they also uploaded it with new software for a very reasonable price. So I now have three personal computers and they all work great thanks to CCFX Computer Repair. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone out there with computer needs. The owner is very friendly and they are prompt and extremely reasonable.

ALL OTHER REVIEWS ARE FALSE. They do not give an accurate account of CCFXS service, and are most likely faked by the owners friends and family. Aside from having the least convenient business hours (Mon-Fri, 2-5pm), several times when I visited before 5pm they had already left and locked up shop. So who really knows when their "business hours" are? No one- NO ONE- picked up the phone when I called. Even when I was answered (on a different, unlisted number), I was told to wait longer, and pushed aside. This is a crap business and should NOT be trusted. If you paid more than $500 for your computer, do yourself a favor and dont ever go to ANY CCFX location. Take it to the Geek Squad. They, at least, will answer their phones.

My hard drive was crashed and i was unable to open any files. I had pictures, music and important documents. I was very frustrated and contacted geek squad. They were asking me for lot of money. My friend referred me to try CCFX, they are professional and provide great service at much cheaper rate. I called them and they gave me a confidence that well recover your data. These people not only recovered my data but dealt very professionally, friendly and gave great service. I would def recommend people and would revisit for any issues in future.

Most pathetic people and company. They are deceitful, gives wrong estimate, false promises and inefficient. Makes you give them deposit saying a minor estimate and calls the next day that the estimated price is 10 times. They wont refund the deposit. Even though when did not even lift a finger to solve my problem. They told me that it will be 150$ to fix my laptop and I got it fixed just for 45$ at other place. Horrible experience. They don`t even have their own service station at fredrick road. The owner "Garry" is the biggest jerk.

I have a 5 year old laptop, which was acting up. Id gone through various iterations of antivirus scans and softwares, etc. However, I wasnt able to fix it. I thought its the end of the laptop and Id have to discard it. However, CCFX came to my rescue and took care of all the hardware and software issues and even upgraded some of the specifications. Now, my laptop is up and running as good as new. They are professional and reasonable with their prices too. Highly recommend them for any such computer/system related issues.

I went in to have a hinge and cable on my laptop replaced after calling around looking for the best prices. Not only did they diagnose my problems for free, they fixed my computer in a short amount of time and were quick to notify me. Later I got my iPhone screen fixed from them at a very affordable price. From many days, my Dell laptop was working very slow and three days back it got crashed suddenly. Somebody recommended me to cheapest computer fix and I was amazed to see the customer service provided by them. These guys were quick, and I got my laptop back within one day. The best part was that I did not have to shell out so much from my pocket which I was expecting. My laptop is working as it is brand new. My computer had a virus and was working at a snails pace. I was referred to CCFX by a friend and decided to go based on their reviews. I was impressed by their customer service, turnaround time and their honesty. They were able to remove the virus and restore my computer to working condition instead of replacing my hard drive which another computer repair store recommended. All at a VERY reasonable rate. Excellent service and speedy turnaround. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I had a cracked screen on my laptop. Best buy was charging me ridiculous amount of money to replace the screen. I found this computer repair store online and they took my computer same day and since the screen was in stock, replaced it and i had it the next day. And the best thing, price was very reasonable, the cheapest i found. I dont think there is anyone cheaper then them and the service was great. Go to Cheapest Computer Fix and support this small business.

My friend recommended them as they had used this repair shop. I called them, as I had a virus on my laptop and nothing was coming on the screen. I took it to them, dropped it off, and they fixed the virus, gave me a very good anti virus long with it at a very good price. Very satisfied, and will definitely use them again if needed. My laptop was giving me a lot of trouble and became really slow. Wanted to upgrade the processor and memory. This was a very economic place which I could find online and tried it out. Got the upgrade done at a very economic price compared to best buy and many other places. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a repair or upgrade!

Months and still have not returned my computers. I paid for them to install a fan in my laptop - went twice to pick it up - first time wasnt there at all and the second time was missing the back - I was told it would be mailed to me and now it is months later and I still havent received my laptop or return of multiple messages to Gary!!!

Never answered the phone when I called. had to use a different number and he answered! Had my laptop for 3 weeks and all ways something else wrong with it. I had to call him to find out what was going on with my laptop! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! Horrible service !! Would not recommend to anyone not even my dog !!
