I stopped in today to pick up an item for work. Normally I love Staples, but their customer service today really affected my opinion of the place. The cashier asked if I had a rewards card, which I did not. Rather than ask if I wanted to sign up, he just started the process of signing me up. I figured I should probably have one anyway, so allowed it. The cashier then proceeded to tell me about a screen protector they had for cell phones. I told him I wasnt interested, but he continued to push the product far beyond a simple sales pitch. I told him my phone was nearly indestructible and he replied that it would be even stronger with their protector. He continued on and in about it, even after I repeatedly said I wasnt interested. I dont know if he was told to be that pushy or if he felt the need to do so on his own, but I was quite irritated when I left the store.

Came here hoping to purchase a new laptop and everything I wanted they needed to go back and check to see if they even had, which of course they didnt. Truth is stores like this are rip offs, especially technology wise. You can save yourself money and headaches by simply shopping online w amazon or newegg. Their tech support is a joke, my 11 year old son has a better understanding of computers and computer related technology than the "experts" they have manning that area. Hey I guess at least the stores clean and nice?!

I went there to get my I phone screen fixed. Next day I noticed my phone screen was falling off my phone. Also I didnt even drop my phone and it cracked. The sensor in the screen for the mute button is messed up.

I worked here in the past and the crew at the time of this review is fantastic. If you have a computer that needs fixed, sean is the best in the area.

I like this place a lot I can find all the stuff I need. I wish the would carry Mac books. But its a little expensive but not to much.
