Do not waste your time or money! These people broke my computer, tried to get me to pay for it, then charged me more money without letting me know. They did not call me, no communication whatsoever, AND to top it off, I still ended up with a computer not working right. I ended up calling the manufacturer and had to wipe my computer clean and start over. It still does not act the way it should. I have never dealt with a company with so little customer service skills as this one. I could write a novel over this experience. Do not waste your time like I did. Find someone else to work on your stuff. Oh, and to top it off, they told me they didnt buy parts from the manufacturer because it costs too much. So the part they broke, who knows what kind of second hand crap they put in my computer.

They may do good work, however, I emailed information on a part I am needing, including all the tech data that would help search. I have yet to hear back. Why list an email address on your business cards that no one responds to? Its going on two days now.
