This company is horrible to work with. I actually drove an hour and a half to their location to pick up a part and they admited to having 7 of them on site, but REFUSED, even after my pleading to allow me to purchase the $20 part because they are "an internet company"... not a retail store. No appologies... they simply told me Id have to order online, but I could get the part by tommorrow morning by paying $25 for shipping (I already paid that much in gas to get there. No where on their site does it say they dont sell over the counter and they even have a VISA and MASTERCARD logo on their door along with "hours" on their website with an address. The company puts no effort into going above and beyond with customer service. Dont buy anything from them.

I ordered a refurbished computer "on line" in July of 2010; computer arrived, and hard drive was non-functional; obtained an RMA, sent it back, and PC Parts sent me a replacement, but charged my credit card again for the replacement. Im still waiting, several weeks later, for reimbursement to my account. Do not believe this company or its sad tales of woe from the sales reps about how its all "out of their hands." Avoid at all costs.

I work here. Its not the best company, but then again, there are not a lot of companies like this. Sometimes Im amazed at how things roll.We do our best. Sorry about your experience. We do not do front door purchase. You must wait to have the item shipped to you.
