I was in Su Casa on Sunday morning looking at an industrial bench. Apon asking an employ to see more pieces of their work, I was shown there buyers website where I found a similar bench on Home Trends & Designs website on discount. As I offered to buy the one on the website, the young lady helping me called her manager. For whatever reason Su Casa would not allow me to order this product at there store after showing me your website. I was told that somebody would call me the following day to place the order. Conveniently, upon calling this afternoon, I was told the product is out of stock. Empolyees were very friendly, just not helpful what so ever. Their products are very nice at Su Casa, but after seeing what their mark up is, I would recomment buying elsewhere.

The guys at Sucasa are outstanding. We bought a dining room table from them and their personalized service made the whole process issue free. We would go back in a heartbeat.The table was on the more expensive side, but the service we received from them made it totally worth it. (The owner is one of the people who delivered our table.) I wish we werent done furnishing our place b/c weve found a new favorite store.

Lucas was very helpful in getting my wife and I in contact with furniture makers, when their catalog didnt have what we were looking for. Altogether, we bought a low profile wine rack, which was priced very reasonably. The layout of the store was also very nice.
