Absolutely horrible experience! Everything initially went very well right up until we paid in full. Then that is when the problems started. We were told we would be called before the delivery was made; didnt happen. We could not get an actual accurate time when the delivery was going to happen, just "sometime" between 8-5. During the delivery, we did not get our nightstand, lamps or dresser. The store sub-contracted out the delivery, and they told us the missing furniture was not put on the truck at the warehouse and they were not responsible for the missing articles. I called the number on the receipt to find out that voice mailbox was full and they recommended submitting an online trouble ticket. Additionally, we found out we were supposed to be given the lamps at the store after we paid; didnt happen. I found another number and called the store and was told I would be called back when they found out what happened. The next day after no call, I called back and was told they would call me the following Monday. After no call on Monday or Tuesday, I called back on Wednesday and was told the reason the furniture was not put on the truck was because the furniture was out of stock and they should have some the next week, and I would get a call to set up an appointment. I got a call the following Wednesday and was told they could deliver again "sometime" between 8-5 on Friday. Having to take ANOTHER day off of work to sit around waiting for furniture sure was great. Well, today is Friday and the phone rang at 6:36 in the morning for the guy to tell me he was delivering my furniture and would be at the house in 20 minutes. Such bullshit! If you want to get some cheap-ass furniture with zero customer service all while having to take time off from work to wait for these chumps to grace you with their presence, definitely buy from this joint!

I have to say I am VERY disappointed with this place. I am a single mother, who got a place of her own this time last year. I furnished my entire apt at pricebusters, and didnt even spend $2,000. I was so excited!! I am not rich, I used my income tax money to make this purchase. When the furniture FINALLY arrived, they brought my SECTIONAL sofa in, in A BOX. weird! But I dismissed it. I had to put my entire bedroom, and dining room set together. Took 2 days. Well not even a week later the sofa broke, the nobs came off my dresser, and they fought me to get it replacedor repaired. (Which I never did) So here it is exactly 1 year later, and I am furniture shopping. The sofa is so cheap, and has completly fallen apart. The bedroom set is just as cheap, amd fallen apart. I paid more for the "better mattress" yeah better at killing your back. This place should not be able to take advantage of people the way they do. I mean you spend money on furniture you expect it to last longer than 1 year. Please do NOT waste your money here. Unless you want to purchase new furniture again 1 year later. Thanks for wasting my hard earned money pricebusters!!! Worst Furniture Store Ever!!!

Usually I do not write reviews but I am going to write a review everywhere until I get my furniture issue resolved. Ordered my furniture and went to pick up to find out that they did not have the chairs to the dining room set I picked out. They made me go to another store to get the chairs and was not aware that the chairs were not even the ones I ordered until I unpacked the box. I dealt with it as it still matched the rest of my furniture. Put all the chairs together except for one that was missing a leg and three connecting pieces. Called to tell them to ship it to me as I was not driving around again for their mistake. It has been 2.5 weeks and still have not received my parts. Do not trust this store or company...Price Busters is a joke and Jake the sales manager is ducking me with a resolution...yes you Jake!!!! They called today 12/22 and are shipping my pieces will add a star for now...Just found out they made a fake profile to give me a bad review for last week even though I was not there...back to one star! Once I prove it, I will be taking them to court for defamation of character.

I recently just purchased my first apartment all by myself ( boyfriend of 2 years was cheating on me and kicked me out of our apartment, leaving me with NOTHING). some friends recommend that Pricebustesr in Glen Bernie was the place to go for nice furniture, so I decided to check it out. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 10+ STARS. I didnt have much money to spend and I have VERY expensive taste, so i was in a dilemma. The staff there not only worked within my budget, but they explained how to take my home measurements, helped me on knowing my own decor, and it seemed as if my salesperson (Lawrence, the sweetest person ever) was an interior designer. He was fabulous!!! THIS WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING! FAST FOWARD TO DELIVERY DAY!! I was so excited when everything came in!! The delivery people were so so so patient when i was checking all my items to make sure everything was perfect ( which it was). The furniture looks better than i could have imagined! im happy and thankful for everything that they did. They really went above and beyond! 5 Stars!!!!!! Have a blessed day, Jessica M <3

Hello world, I thought price busters was a great store with great discounted furniture but my suggestions are if you choose to purchase merchandise from the location in Baltimore city off of 25th st. and you care about your home you do not have them deliver at your address but instead rent a truck and pick it up yourself or maybe have someone use their larger vehicle to help haul your furniture anything but have the most irresponsible of men try to pick up your coach but instead break your front glass door. This company does not have professional movers. We called the customer service desk about the issue and they promised to return our call but never did. This place is only about taking your money but they could careless about the service. If you are going to spend your money somewhere please think about the service, location, reviews and price. Dont just focus on the price alone. THEY SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, WELL IT LOOKS LIKE I JUST PAID FOR A BROKEN DOOR RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. THANKS FOR NOTHING PRICEBREAKERS.

DO NOT BUY FROM PRICE BUSTERS!!!!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE I bought my set of living room furniture at the Goldenring Store.Pulaski Hwy,. cost $150 to del. When THE furniture came it was damage, frame of love set was split,. Called the store they give you the BIG RUN AROUND. You get an email address, you get a phone number you cant leave a mesg on. Went to store dont worry they said you bought the insurance on the furniture you are cover. THIS WENT ON FOR A MONTH, I SENT SO MANY EMAILS. Then the said you can have the store demo it just came in. But I needed to pay $50 cash for them to del it.They brought that to my house, it was more damaged then mine. I made them call there boss. While I was calling the store, THEY TOOK OFF WITH MY LOVE SET. They called me back and said I can not come to the store. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SARAH THE STORE MANG. IS A JOKE THEY CANT HELP YOU AT ALL I called the police, when the officer came, he had bought from them too, had same problem with them
