Horrible. Salesman was a nice guy but incredibly uninformed about product. My wife and I spent over $6,000 on a living room set and dining room set. We were told that the arm chair and ottoman would be delivered in 6 weeks because they were on back order. No biggie. Six weeks later I get a phone call stating that they no longer carry the ottoman and it would take another 8 weeks to arrive. As of this writing they are supposed to give me a refund and pick up the furniture. Well see what happens.... STAY AWAY! Edit- So, after waiting a week for the refund it never came. They also didnt show up when they said they would to pick up the furniture. Disappointing to say the least. The girl who took my credit card info over the phone said she wrote it down and handed it off to another employee which I though was nuts. I ended up having to call a regional manager. After speaking with him (super nice guy and Im convinced the only person at this company that has any sense at all) my furniture was picked up the next day and my refund processed within about 2 business days. All in all my original review of 1 star is staying put. We ended up going to The Sofa Store / The Big Screen Store. A little bit more money but the quality of furniture is much better and the sales associates are a ton better.

Ordered an entertainment center with a fire place insert at the beginning of March. First delivery, the fire place insert was incorrect. Second delivery, the fire place insert was incorrect. Third attempt (at this point we opted to pick it up) fire place cover was broken. We were told we could now either a.) wait 8 weeks for a new fire place cover or b.) use the show room floor cover. However they informed us they do not know where the show room floor cover is. So really there is no option b. Asked if we could speak to the manager, no manager on duty. Called the next day asking to speak with the manager, no manager on duty but the assistant manager should be in the next day and should call. This wasnt my first purchase from Gardiners but it will be my last.

Today, after looking around for a bedroom set at several stores with my very picky 15 year-old daughter, we stopped into Gardiners and she found the perfect set within 15 minutes. The salesperson (Elaine in the Pasadena store) was very helpful. They have great stuff in the store --- very classy and good quality. It will take about 12 weeks to get the furniture, but thats fine and what I expected to begin with. Will update my review after I receive everything, but so far, would definitely recommend.....And I plan to go back for my living room furniture...cant wait. :)

We own two living rooms sets, a dining room set and just purchased a bed yesterday from Gardiner. Weve had nothing but great experiences. Brian was super helpful and give honest input about whatever it is youre looking for. My first encounter with him was last summer when we ended up not purchasing. We came back this time specifically because of him and were not disappointed. Great pieces, great selection, great prices and best of all, great customer service!

Fabulous customer service. Dustin, our salesmen, was very helpful without being too pushy or bothersome. We looked around the showroom a bit on our own before asking Dustin a few questions and opinions on dining chairs. He was honest and helpful, and led us in the right direction. Delivery was fast and efficient. Our new dining room set is sturdy and the perfect addition to our home. Well definitely return!

Great furniture store! They had all kinds of cool pieces and accessories at great prices. If your a fan of the style on HGTVs Fixer Upper then you will love this store. With the help of the salesman Brian we found a perfect piece we needed in a hurry. Overall it was our best and LAST stop on a grueling furniture shopping day.

The store is laid out beautifully. Easy to find what you are looking for. Staff very friendly and did not hover or attack us when we came in. Love the new living room set. It is due to be delivered this week.
