Bought a mattress and box spring.paid$629.The mattress showed"body impressions"within 30days.Brian hamers was the salesman we delt with.We exchanged the mattress for another.We were told the mattress we bought was really for children.These people are supposed to be professionals yet sold us that mattress.We had to pay more money and chose a Laura Ashley firm.My husband had bad back problems.They failed to tell us that we shouldnt buy a firm mattress.It was a pocket coil and we had the same problem with it.We exchanged the mattress at least 4 times.They were delivered damaged,dirty.The delivery guys acted like it was normal to have holes in the material.Finally after about 6mos.of the same problems,The bed caused us both so much pain we wanted our money back.I actually have bursitis in my right hip,very painful.We both woke up everyday in pain because the mattress was way too firm.They tried giving us less money than we paid.$200.less.We ended up just exchanging for the same.Havent had a good night sleep since we bought from them.Do not buy from them.They are NOT PROFESSIONALS!!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Dont waste your time going in. All the products are way overpriced even on "sale". Whats far worse is the staff is very rude. I went in looking around $500 price range. Yes, it is on the lower end for mattress prices but the associate showed me one mattress and stared at me like I should buy it on the spot. I told her I didnt like it, that Im kinda picky. She basically laughed and told me "In your price range you cant be picky." I quickly left and went to the mall where I found literally dozens of name brand mattresses in my price range. My request was obviously not unreasonable. And even if it was, working in retail/sales you shouldnt have a job of thats how you act.

I went in looking for a mattress. I signed up for financing. $500 financing option was what I was given. I was told that if there was a mattress I wanted I could just pay the difference. I found one I liked. They ran my debit card through for the difference. Then they said, "this finance company wont let me do that. It has to be 500 or less exactly." So, I didnt like the cheaper one so I declined. I asked, "will this debit I just swiped for be taken out of my account?" She said no. Guess what?! Not only was it taken out buy now I have an overdraft fee. Im livid. I advise you take your business elsewhere.

Very friendly and flexible, they do not pressure you into a sale like at other places where Ive had salesmen follow me to my car still trying to sell me something, you will not have that unprofessional behavior here! I felt like i was a childhood friend from the start! If your in the market make sure you come to this location for your bedding needs, they are fantastic and i highly recommend!!!

Despite the negative reviews, I went in looking for a box spring and Roger was exceptional and pleasant, within 10-15 minutes the box spring was paid for and he loaded it into my vehicle for me. Couldnt say enough about how quick, easy and painless the entire transaction was! Five stars in my books.

I just called Sleepys in E-town. The sales guy was not friendly. Didnt offer any help. He acted like I was a bother...wow ! If he were my employee I would fire him.
