The worst Ive ever been treated in my life! Employee came up to ny husband while he was looking for a price on a product and said, "We actually have to sell these. Please put it down." When I responded with, we were looking to buy it, he offered to ring it up. This is not how to treat people looking to spend thousands of dollars. We have previously purchased La-z-boy products but would never return to this store. This is why Google says average time spent here is 5 minutes.

We bought a recliner with a remote to raise the head and feet. Unfortunately the motor failed after two years and while it is under warranty, we have spent six weeks trying to get it fixed. They use a contractor and we keep going back and forth between them and lazy boy trying to get the part ordered with each pointing the finger at the other. Meanwhile I am left with a chair that cannot be put up manually. Very frustrating ! I would recommend not getting one.
