My guy was great, sold me a sofa. Extremely patient (I came back three times to pick the right couch, the first time my two year old was running around acting like an idiot.). On the third and final visit I was with my salesman when I overheard another salesman ask the manager a question. Manager (I think he was a manager) was a prick. He spoke down to the other employees as if they were stupid right in front of me. One guy just asked a simple question and instead of giving him an answer he asked questions in return that made the guy sound like an idiot. As a manager myself, I saw the interaction as wholly unprofessional. My only regret was that I didnt call him out on it. Treat your employees with respect and stop acting like they owe you something. Again I do not know that it was a manager or simply a senior salesman but he was definitely in a position of authority or was more experienced than the other individuals. It made me uncomfortable to watch. Wouldve been five starts, shouldve been three but my salesman was really nice and patient. Love the furniture, great quality, great selection, made to order. Definitely worth the price.

After going from store to store, looking at sofas/loveseats/chairs, we ended up at The Sofa Store. I saw on the window it stated something on a sign with the gist of: "We make it easy for you by not haggling. The price on the ticket is the final price." That made me a bit worried for the pricing of the furniture, but we walked in anyway. As soon as we walked into the store, one of the salesmen (George Koumanis) approached us, showed us around the store, explained how things are marked, asked us what we were looking for, and showed us just that. We were never pushed, pressured, or b.sd throughout the sale. I reviewed our experience as 4 stars, simply because the prices were a bit higher than I would really like to pay. Either way, we were able to find something perfect for us at the right price, and we felt happy with the entire experience. We received free delivery with the purchase because it was on clearance, which they also worked with us to schedule. I would recommend this store to friends and would shop here again, myself!

Shopping for furniture is not something I look forward to. That said, this experience was more than I expected. You are greeted at the door and will get a description of the store and an attempt to direct you to the appropriate areas for your search. Youre not followed around the store, but you are free to roam at your leisure. I did end up purchasing a new sofa and was happy with the price and selection. I didnt feel pressured and there wasnt an attempt to entice me to purchase more than I wanted. I guess the best compliment I could give is to say I will probably return the next time Im looking for something in a product they would carry. My salesperson Pam was a professional and knowledgeable of the products the store carries.

Matt at the Sofa Store was very patient and helpful with the purchase purchase of a sofa and chair. While we took a while to figure out exactly what we wanted Matt never pushed things, but always answered whatever questions we had. After about a month or so, we made the purchase. Delivery was as promised and the guys that delivered our furniture were careful and professional. A few days after delivery Matt called to make everything was okay.

Great buying experience. Christie was able to explain all of the difference in leather and grains that I never knew about. I had my couch customized in the order as well and the price came out to be cheaper then the competitors.

No pressure sales team allow you to browse the store with minimal interruption. When we needed a sales rep, they were readily available. Great selection of quality furniture with semi-custom options.
