The staff at this Pasadena Pier1 is so pleasant and helpful. I brought in a damaged item from an online purchase and they were more than happy to assist without any friction. The selection in the store is your normal Pier1 stuff, but the people who work at this store make it an exceptional experience to shop or peruse . Highly recommend.
