This is not the first time weve had a problem with the company. However this particular instance is as follows: After placing an order on an item they said was not in the store, (although the tickets for it were), customer service gauranteed that it would be in the following shipment. We had to put money down in order for this to process. Three weeks later and three phone calls to the store later and still no item. Everytime Id call Id have to speak to someone new and nobody seemed to know what was going on or have the same story. My husband finally went into the store and spoke with the manager who informed him that the warehouse had been out of stock for over 2 months and would not get anymore in....so why were they holding our money and not calling us? They could not give us an answer as to what all the different "stories" we were told were either. They are poorly stocked, disorganized, and very unreliable!

Its Toys R Us, what else is there to say? Amazing kids toys and huge selection of the newest products at decent pricing. Always check their clearance racks for the greatest deals. Just beware, if you bring a child into the store you will be stopping at practically every shelf for something else your kid will want.

As a former seasonal employee, I will say that the place has its stock in order and its easy to get through. However, thats not why its getting 1 star. I was not offered employment for a third year because of a lie from a man named Steven. This is enough reason for 1 star.

Everything my grandson would want is there. I literally had to drag my 26 yo daughter out of the store or she would have bankrupted us buying for her nephew. I didnt have toys like that when I was a kid.

Stopped in with my friend and his kids. Not having kids Ive never been in a modern toy store. The place was cleaned and well stocked and send to have no shortage of options for boys and girls.

We went here to buy a wooden swingset. Tbe ckerk ybat helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We really love tbe swingset. Hours and hours of fun for our grandchildren.

The store has an amazing selection and the staff is great. They are a little pricy on some items but they have great sales and I love the rewards program!
