I bought a packet of 250 alphabet beads and needed several letters. In all of the beads there was 1 L. I called to see if they could help me. I did not want to have to buy another packet and had sorted them. the lady was not all that helpful and said that it had nothing to do with Michaels it is a manufacturing issue. I agree but when I ran a retail we tried to help out. They could have offered to help by opening a packet and taking a few beads out in a trade or something. I will return the beads and go to another place or go on line. Customer service is important and I vote with my money

Ordered a custom mat for something I was framing. Went through the process with the lady at the framing counter who measured the poster, and the frame which I bought at the store. When I went to put everything together, the mat was to long for the frame and I had to cut about 1/16" off of one edge. Then after it was all put together I turned the frame over, only to notice there was a large dangling piece of mat that was hanging on by a thread on the interior section of the mat. Lousy, lousy work. I would expect better for a $30 custom mat.

Older store very cluttered hard to maneuver in the aisles if more than one person and also dark in the store could use a remodel update. GUEST SERVICE is good tho
