Outstanding store! Very clean, organized, stocked, and creatively designed for the (all) artist and crafts person. The manager went out of his way to go to the back of the store to provide carts for many of us coming in that had no cart available due to business. There were all types of crafters (men,women, children, of all sizes and shapes, and colors), looking for the right tools. As an artist and art teacher myself, I was extremely pleased and satisfied above the average “craft store” to an “artist supply store”. I would gladly do my classroom ordering for my student’s art supplies for the school year here at this Michaels in Biddeford. KRinGreen

They didnt honor their sale price. They forgot to remove a sign of a sale the ended the day before. They should have honored the price but didnt. It was my daughter spending her birthday money. I was very disappointed.

The custom framing department is absolutely fantastic! Their dedicated and incredibly friendly staff provide more than just customer service, they are artists and masters of their craft. Highly recommended!
