terrible experience. waited in line 15 minutes while i am 9 months pregnant and the lady ahead of me had about 15 items of cloth cut. i requested 4 pieces cut from a fabric roll and the cutter refused, saying only one piece per customer, which was clearly not how the prior customer was treated. i asked to speak to the manager, who then said i was only entitled to buy one piece of fabric. I was so rudely treated I left crying, the staff had no professionalism and no empathy. I thought Joanns was in the business of selling fabric, apparently they are in the business of making pregnant women cry and treating their younger customers like trash. Thanks Joanns, I will never be returning.

Couldnt find a particular fabric- was settling for something different . Joanne, a staff member, asked if I found everything and when I said no- she asked me to describe it and knew exactly where it was.
