I recently had my EL250 serviced at Street Cycles and I came away super impressed by the quality, speed, and friendliness of the service department there. They were able to do the repair on the day they said they would which I found awesome since most bike shops take your ride and get to it when they can. My bike was also a little tricky to do the repair/parts swap and a rare bike they dont see often. Street Cycle happily welcomed my business and got me running without overcharging me when they have every opportunity to do so. Go in and see Dwayne in the service department. Hell check your ride out right there and get you fixed up and on your way with a smile.

Went in to check out the new and used inventory. Contact before by email was great, helpful. Met with Peter who was one of the most helpful sales person I have ever worked with, and I have purchased 7 cars and 2 bikes. He took his time, detailed the bikes, and introduced me to the people who could help throughout the life of any BMW I bought. My first impression was that the place was much smaller than I expected. These guys were great. Very knowledgeable and helpful during out trip from DC to Acadia National Park. Our stop initially started as a search for some warming gloves, only to find a stubborn bolt the staff helped drill out free of charge. We even ran into a random battery failure on one of the bikes. The staff searched high and low and found a replacement for my buddies beast of an 1800. Couple extra hours to our itinerary, but all thanks to Street Cycles, we were back on the road!
