Was not happy at all! Big Moose definitely means big problems. I bought my first bike there, which was the last of the 2014 models. The sales guy told me a bunch of untrue things about the bike i bought( dont get me wrong its fun as hell), he told me it was highway worthy and it is not. the top end of it barley hit 75 without the engine overworking. so im stuck to the back roads and side streets. He also said i could get more out of it by adding parts, which i did, almost 3000 worth of them. Didnt do anything for the bike at all. so i figured i just got taken for a ride buy a sleezy salesman....o well right..... well the service department might be the worst i have ever had to deal with in any type of industry. they never call you to let you know anything about your bike. They say they order parts when they have not, so you call a week later and low abd behold you dont have what you have been waiting for. usually you get the same line of bs from them. " AHHH we just ordered that today, it will be here in a week or so, we will call you when its in". or if you get MARK, he just feeds you the line that he wasnt there the day they were taking care of it so it slipped through the cracks. They had my bike for 3 months and still didnt even get all the correct parts put back on. I have to drive to a different state to get work done on my bike now because of the problems i have had with them. And i could honestly write a novel about how much you should not go there to buy a Harley. I got taken for a huge ride financially, its upsetting to know they lied to my face about what i was getting into and their service dept couldnt find there way out of a paper bag. Do not spend money at this dealership! you will be sorry. now im stuck with a bike that for a year or 2 that i outgrew in less than a month. not to mention its wont do what i even bought it to do. all i wanted was a bike that i could do long rides on.....nope they scammed me into their last crap model just to get it out of there. the whole time they made a big deal about how thankful they were for me being a Veteran and for serving. This was my present to myself fore that service...... If your a Veteran, they will screw you. if your a normal dude, they will take you for a ride. my experience with that store is enough to make me never want a Harley again! i will trade it in when the time comes for an Indian.

Every time I have brought my bike into Big Moose for service, they have screwed something up. I had a front tire mounted once that they put on in the wrong tread direction, the next time I had service they lost my chrome metal valve stem covers and when I brought it up to them they did replace them with modern ones, but they were plastic. The last time I brought my bike in, I needed the stator replaced. They needed to remove the heel/toe shifters to get behind the primary cover to do this and when I got my bike back, the heel portion of the shifter fell off on my second ride never to be found. They obviously didnt tighten those screws up correctly and when I replaced them I could tell from the toe shifter screw that they never used loctite which is specified in the installation instructions. Dont go to Big Moose for service unless you want a big mess.

I have always had a great experience purchasing a Harley from big Moose. In the last 20 years I purchased four motorcycles from big moose. The sales staff never pressures you and provides the customer with the information that they need to make informed decision. I ride lease 15,000 miles every season. The service team is excellent and any issues Ive had with my motorcycle have been resolved to my satisfaction So if youre in the area and youre looking for new Harley is a big moose and if your traveler and you need service dont hesitate to stop by One last thing I did work at big moose for one season. Professionally Im a registered nurse and I took a break from the hospital just to do something else. Riding two wheels is a passion of mine. Big moose as always help me with my passion being in the wind

If your looking for a professional motorcycle dealership look no further than Big Moose Harley!!!

Absolutely best bike buying experience Ive ever had. From sales to finance to parts, everyone was willing to answer questions, and work to my budget and goals, and all while never really "selling" me anything. They just listen and put me on a bike I liked and could afford.
