I live 90 miles away from Reyonds Motorsports and chances are I will never bring them business because of that distance. When I called them because I needed a copy of a Certificate of Origin for a dirt bike that was purchased new at there dealership 13 years ago I was blown away at how helpful they were. I cannot leave a review about any vehicle I purchased there as I have not done business with them but I felt I should leave a review about there customer service. I worked with Scott Nicholas the business manager and he not only helped me obtain what I needed, but he had it done in a few mere hours. Obtaining this certificate of origin was crucial for me and Scott and Reyonds Motorsports came through for me. I may not be local enough to give them business but I can now say the next time I go snowmobiling in Maine I will be stopping at Reyonds for all of my needs. They have earned a new customer.

Lors de mon passage à Portland, mes freins de moto ont lâchés. Je me suis présenté au centre de mécanique et la personne qui ma répondu a été dune gentillesse extrême. Malheureusement, je ne souviens pas de son nom. Par la suite, Kevin, aux pièces, a fait tout les démarches nécessaires pour obtenir les plaquettes le plus rapidement possible. Le lendemain, dès mon arrivée, les mécaniciens se sont occupés sinstaller les plaquettes. Services hors pairs merci encore une fois.

Ill start by saying I have never written a review because I have never really felt compelled to. But after going here to get a simple tube change it was different. After waiting an hour and a half for the simple repair (whatever) of a tube change, I began to ride my bike. An hour and a half later I received another flat, was going around 30 MPH. I decided that it was most likely something they did screwed up (because why else would this happen) took it to another repair shop. Upon inspection they found that THEY LEFT THE OLD AIR VALVE ISNIDE THE TIRE. I became violently angry when I discovered that because of their either laziness or incompetence, I could have been seriously injured or killed. For the sake of your wallet and more importantly YOUR SAFETY- take your bike somewhere else.

Pure miserable experience. Do NOT buy or get anything fixed from these crooks, theres NO warranty, and itll cost you twice what they quote. I bought a motorcycle from them, and the tire was deflating, so I brought it to them to fix. They said itd take the day, and it took five days.!.Then, when I got it back, it ran rough so I brought it back to them, and that took two weeks. They said it probably just needed a tune up, and theyd split the cost with me around $50 on my part. Two weeks later, after many calls, they charged me $349, some service, and no warranty. They became rude and confrontational when I tried to explain I should have a warranty on less than a month old motorcycle. DO NOT BUY or get ANYTHING FIXED by these CROOKS..!

Avoid the service department. Go to Woodys in Topsham. Honest work and great service done there. Worth the trip if u want ur equipment to run when you have time to use it. I Purchased a 2009 Yamaha grizzly new with a service package from Reynolds. I Took it in for its last service last spring. Was 5 miles into my first ride after having it serviced and the valve covers were left loose. They werent even finger tight. So there I was. Asked them to check the brakes and was told they were fine. Brakes werent right so took it to woodys and the master cylinder was shot. Changed the oil this spring and the drain plugs in the rear end were stripped out. Another mess to fix. Lucky me right. Work too hard to waste my money on their stupidity.

I bought a 2007 Yamaha V Star at Reynolds, and I cant say enough how wonderful the experience was. I didnt know anything about motorcycles and they took the time to go over the types of drive shafts, etc. They went out of their way to spend time with me and explain everything. I loved how they were very informative but not pushy and when I left there I felt great about what I bought. SInce then I have been back to purchase jackets, helmets, parts, gloves, and every time I am there the service is outstanding. I have one problem with Reynolds. They were so good at what they do that now all I want to do is ride my motorcycle so nothing else gets done around the house! Thanks for all your help and knowledge.

Bought side by side had it 3 month broke down tried to say I was beating of it Im 63 they fixed it after 4 month took it home couldnt start it with out putting foot to the floor its efi went in for its break in period 4 months ago took it somewhat else to get fixed they said valves were to tight paid 120.00 out of pocket called them wouldnt take the blame arguing with mechanic said they thought it always ran like that. Ring, they always have a excuse so they down have to cover it machine has full extended warranties not impressed with them on service I wont give a good review sorry boys paid good money for it 2016 machine take that to the bank

Welcome to scam city...Con artists... Dont be fooled. All they want is your money, once they have that, youre on your own. As someone else reviewed, its like a slimy used car dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. As far as getting repairs, DO NOT GO HERE. Taking your bike here for repairs is the same as taking your car to Sullivan tires... youll get ripped off for poor service. As some one who works on bikes myself i wonder if even half the people there know how a motorcycle or scooter even works... It would take my too much time to explain my one time experience with them but I assure you its the last.

This company disappoints at every given opportunity. Their sales floor employees ignored me for the most part, until I reached out to them for help and received an "inconvenienced" attitude from their staff. The markup on their bikes is higher than other places in the area. Their service department has a permanently poor attitude as if youre a burden to be bringing them your business, and they have the gall to attempt and charge their customers an insane $230+ for a simple mount and balance of tires. Neither I or anyone I know will ever be returning to this joke of a company.

Went into this place looking at a bike at 10:00 in the morning did the credit app guy says he had to put the app in thens says oh yeah bank dont open till 11 will call when he knows anything never called so i called at 12:30 he says oh the bank said they wouldnt finance that bike yet when they put you on hold they have over 60 banks that the deal with and i know for a fact he never sent the app cause my credit union always let me know when a credit xheck being done they really are scam artist. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS GO TO A BETTER BIKE DEALER
