Purchased two dresses for my wife a couple of days before Christmas. On the day of purchase I asked, "If they dont fit right or if she doesnt like them can she come back and get something else?" Of course, they said no problem. Today, January 5th 2017 my wife tried to return them for something else and was told there was a 10 day return policy so she gets nothing. These were very expensive dresses and I dont mind paying for quality but I didnt expect a "gotcha" approach when doing business with a local merchant. If you shop here youd better read the fine print. With two holidays between the purchase date and the return date, 10 days to return an item is not enough. I remember when small businesses built relationships with customers in order to establish repeat business and were accommodating and gracious. Lesson learned.
