I just love this store! as the owner of Amazing Alterations, we have a very cute space that I have decorated with most of the items coming from The Crystal House!! Love their quality, and creative items. Everything is classy, and of course the bling! Every time I go there is many more new items to choose from! I tell all my clients about this boutique, when I get compliments on my décor! And dont forget to sign up for your birthday! Always super nice to me when I come in, with great staff and great owners! Horrible customer service. I had asked specifically when a certain item would be on sale during their 12 days of Christmas sales. I came in on the day I was told and the store manager said it was not on sale and was quite rude/short with me and unapologetic about the misinformation I was given. I will not be back.
