Remarkably rude on the phone. I just moved from out of state and found their location listed on the GoodWill Easter Seals website as a donation drop off location. I arrived and was confused to see no clear description for drop off area, so I called to find out where I should be parking. The woman who answered the phone started talking to me like I was a misbehaving child, " First of all..... Second....etc". I had many other errands to run yet so I asked if I could simply have the address for the closest, easy donation drop off - which shed just so rudely said was "only a few blocks away" as if I should have known. Her response was "Well Id have to look it up just like you". Astonishing. I truly hope thats not how they treat their customers in person. As a Retail Manager of 15yrs, I was absolutely put off. I give one star only because she did offer to come outside and tell me directions face to face, late in the conversation. But who would want to meet someone face to face so terribly rude? No thank you.

My personal go-to store....even before Nordstroms Rack! Feels like a classy boutique...beautifully arranged. Staff is friendly and very willing to help you shop. Merchandise is clean...ironed...and arranged by category. I never leave without a treasure!
