Super friendly staff, lots of fun. Theres some toys out so the kids can give them a "test drive" before you buy even! Tons of fun. Was even better when I brought my daughter to meet Elsa for an in store event! You can tell the staff enjoys there job and theyre happy to help you. The kind of customer service I truly enjoy! I want to go there just to hang out (of course I can never walk out without finding something!)
