I was very disappointed by my experience at this store. I pre-paid for my order online to expedite the process and had to simply pick up the package in the store. I was greeted at "Item Pick-up" with a shrug and someone pointed to head to the back of the store. I proceeded to scan my printed receipt and push the button for the pick-up. No one ever came to help. I waited nearly 20 minutes. I then found a store manager. He then scanned my receipt and pushed the button for the pick-up. Oh good, he thinks I dont know what Im doing. We wait nearly 20 minutes, (the manager walked away). Finally, I grab someone else and request that they check on my pick-up and someone comes out with half my order, and I send him back to retrieve the rest. Spending over an hour in Babies "R" Us was not my idea of a fun afternoon, as I was trying to quickly get a baby shower gift. Overall, this was a downright disappointment and extremely frustrating.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received at the customer service desk this morning. I was having issues ordering a "Convention Shared Exclusive" that was released this morning.There was a limited quantity released, so time was of the essence when ordering this, because once its gone, its gone. Shaleia was able help me confirm that there were none in store, but she was able to help me order the item through the website, because the mobile site was crashing too often on my phone. I know this seems like something little, but it meant quite a bit to me that she went out of her way to ensure that I got what I was looking for. She could have very easily left it at "Theres nothing I can do", but she didnt. I very much appreciate this level of customer service when it comes to things like this, and feel she deserves some credit!

I went the other day (it was a Saturday) and they were indeed very busy but they had a lot of their staff just sitting around not helping anyone. It is always frustrating when you have to go in and get a present that is on the registry but cant find the right isle or the right item on the right isle yet there was no one I could ask for help for when I would go back to those people sitting around they werent there anymore. Also when I got to the register, the lady wouldnt bag my items. I was done, she checked me out, with my receipt in my hand and I had to ask for my items to be bagged. What kind of store is this? Ive seen better customer service even in Eastern Europe. This is bad..

I wanted to recognize the service we received at Babies R Us while we were in the store to pick out nursery furniture. We worked with the regional manager, Landon, and assistant store manager, Aaron, to piece together nursery furniture from different sets and that were both in-store purchases and online... in short, it was a very complicated order. Landon was particularly patient as we weighed our various options and was helpful in noting the immediate benefits (savings) of registering with Babies R Us prior to making our purchase. He also pointed us to a coupon that was available online. We must have spent close to an hour in the store and it was great to have the help!

I dont like anything about this store! If I could rate it a negative 5 I would! They charged me $120 for an item I never even picked up with an email confirmation saying I picked up my item which I did not ! And when I tried to call and figure out why it took me 2 days to get in touch w someone and when I finally spoke to someone they said they couldnt help me and I would have to make the 2 hour drive to get my money back. I do not recommend anyone shop here due to lack of professionalism and the fact it took me 2 days go get in touch with someone. I dont understand how u can charge someone for an item they never picked up! They will not have my business again !

There are school age idiots who work and the store and the customer service sucks! (For lack of a better word) Every single time I call the store it takes between 10-15 minutes for someone to finally answer, and when they do, they never seem to know the true answer to my question and they just hang up. I am completely frustrated and irritated with this store. I am assuming the only reason its tolerated is because they are the only big brand named toys store in the area. Regardless of that fact people are still spending their hard earned money at this over priced conclomerate and some form of decency should be expected.

Customer service is HORRIBLE at this location. I was checked out by a young lady named "Brit Brat" which is very unprofessional in my opinion. She was rude, grouchy, and had a nasty attitude. They must be used to it because she was even rude to her boss who seemed afraid of her. I will never patronize this location again. I truly hope they send her to a Customer Service training class. The only reason they are receiving 2 stars is because a young man named Blair was so helpful with loading all of our things into the car and even apologized on behalf of his coworkers.

I walked around the store for 20 minutes with three huge boxes in my hands. I was passed up three or four times by employees. I am sure I would have purchased more things but my hands were full. Then at the front of the store I was hit with a whole litany of questions during the checkout process, do i want extended warranty for this or that. One of the items I purchased was a set of headphones for 19.99, but the extended warranty was 4.99 .. 25% of the cost of the headphones. Normally youd think that it would come with a warranty.

They are extremely awful when it comes to them answering the phone. When they do answer they ask you to hold and never come back to the phone to assist you. This is just the worst experience ever. Is it really that hard to have more than one customer service rep to assist your potential customers. I will be closing my credit card account with them and will also ensure that my sister closes hers with them as well. This is just awful service. I would rather shop for toys in WAL MART!!!!! At least they pretend to give good customer service.

My husband and I set up our baby registry here. We had to ask for someone to provide us with information and assistance about strollers, car seats, etc and Landon was really helpful and took his time to explain features, pros and cons, etc to us. The other baby registry staff was pleasant but seemed to make a mistake inputting my registry info and I could not log into it days later from home. Had to call the store again to fix that. So meh, 50/50 on service. some good and some bad

All I can say is WHY wld I waste my time putting a layaway up in AUGUST and paying on it up until December to get it out and have to wait up to TWO hrs to get it out r come back ...so I decides to come back I got my receipt.... so I comes bak to pick it up and they LOST MY STUFF!?!?! I waited more then an hr for them to look for it I was so disappointed, mad, and frustrated now I have to do last min Christmas shopping that I was trying to avoid frm doing.
