Completely disappointed. Ordered a baby bed for my daughter nothing has been right from the beginning. Staff was not proficient with computer systems, gave my daughter the scan tool to start her registry only for us to later discover that we registered for things for someone else and nothing was on hers. Bed was supposed to be in 1 week after ordering, did not hear so I called to find out the status and they cant give me a straight answer. With modern technology this store is lacking. Im ready to get my money back and try out Target or just order online. Im no longer a Toys R Us kid.

Took my daughter there for a swapkins event. She had a ton of fun, the employees were awesome, it was well organized, no craziness. Overall a wonderful experience. The employees were extremely enthusiastic, almost as if they were collectors themselves. Now that I think about it it was a little bit creepy. Nevertheless we will definitely go back again for the next event.

Ive gone to Toys "R" Us multiple times and every time I regret it. There is never anyone available in the store to help you find anything and when you do ask them you have to have 3 to 4 people before anyones able to give you an answer. Its frustrating. I wont be going anymore.

Always love going here. See the same people and never really have any issues. One slip up with having a Lego Dimensions fun pack on the shelves before it was to be released and couldnt be sold that day. Always happy to price match Target and Amazon prices.

High prices, worst customer service on our last visit. The cashier wasnt friendly, didnt smile, didnt make any small talk, didnt say have a nice day or anything. We wont be going back.

Ok. Since the remodeled a couple ears ago, its.not so "trailer park". Prices are high, but sales offset nicely. Friendly yet scarce staff.
