I took my ring, which Dallas had made years ago, in to be resized. Dallas quoted me a price, which was more than I was expecting, I wasnt sure if I still wanted to do it or not. He assured me "just leave it here and I will take care of it. Ill do what I can". Long story short it was more than the original quote. When I tried to explain the situation he was on the phone and he began to talk badly about me (right in front of me) to the person he was on the phone with. He continued to talk badly about me on the phone and didnt even acknowledge me. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had! This was very disappointing since my previous experiences were positive with Dallas. I will NEVER go back, nor will I recommend this store to anyone!

I had my eye on a gorgeous necklace for quite some time. My husband went to Dallas to buy it for me as a surprise for Christmas. He had sold the one I loved so much.Dallas contacted the artist who made the necklace and she made one and sent to him so I could be surprised for Christmas. It is so beautiful and I love it! Thanks for going above and beyond Dallas!
