I recently visited this Zales due to a very poor experience at the Mishawaka,Indiana store. Jen the store manager was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my concerns and help resolve my issue with my necklace. She made me feel right at home in her store and really strived to serve me the best way she could customer service wise. She is a very positive person and really cares about her store and her customers. She turned a terrible experience that happened at another store into a positive one and for that I am very greatful! I almost was ready to never walk into another store again until I worked with Jen. Thanks to her help I will now be a forever customer of her store!

Terrible experience! Go somewhere else! I have the warranty and it takes them almost a month to repair anything and they charge you to rush it. Additionally, when recently sent out for repairs they did not repair everything that was wrong and had to be sent back again. Overall, I think they have had my ring for more time than I have been able to wear it between sizing it and repairing it multiple times. VERY disappointed! My boyfriend and I have shopped here for years and will not be shopping here again!

Completely terrible place Im in the process of sending my engagement ring in for the THIRD TIME in a little over 1 month time period. Twice for sizing issues and bracket work, just got my ring back yesterday, and Im missing a stone..... terrible customer service. Would never recommend this trash hole to anyone
