My Mother recently purchased a broad band Guess Tattoo watch for me and the spring on the band popped out unfortunately. I love this watch and was desperate to get it fixed quickly and get it back on my wrist. I tried one local shop and they informed me that the spring was too large and they didnt feel as though I could get it fixed short of contacting Guess Company. Not very happy with this I googled watch and Jewelry repair and Creative Gems, which I was not familiar with, was on my way home. I stopped by and was immediately greeted by Nick, the owner, and shortly greeted by another member of the staff, both very warm greetings. I explained my situation and the Nick grabbed his tools and popped it right back in and gave it a quick tug. It held. Payment was refused and Creative Gems gained a new future customer right then. After inquiring about what they could do for me in my future Jewelry purchases, I was floored by what was explained to me that could be accomplished with my ideas and their skill. Needless to say I have already discussed buying a new wedding band with my wife as mine has not grown with me. I will be a future customer of Creative Gems.

I dont know where to start. The service is unmatched...we immediately felt very comfortable in the shop. We were welcomed, made to feel important...its just lovely. We had been looking for a piece that had mine and my fathers birthstones. Nick suggested creating something original and unique. I showed him what I liked in the store, selected a few photos online and showed him some of my favorite pieces of personal jewelry. He sketched out the piece I had been looking for. It was as if he could see the image I had in my mind. We even got to watch some of the creative process! My husband was so impressed, he decided to have a pendant created for me out of a ring that belonged to his father. The stone from that ring looks amazing now...it was so lost before and now its in the perfect setting. I highly recommend Creative Gems. The staff is wonderful...the quality is fantastic...the prices are great. I cannot thank them enough for my 2 new heirlooms.

Creative Gems ROCKS!!!! I just had a custom ring made as my husband and I celebrated 15 years together. Nick designed a beautiful ring for me. It took a little longer than we originally planned, but it was well worth the wait! I could not be happier. The office staff is just as wonderful. They continually updated me on the progress, keeping me "in the loop" the entire time. Everyone that has seen my ring is in LOVE!! It contains all the aspects a beautiful ring should. It is large, sparkly, and one of a kind! Whats not to love? I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good service, fair prices, and exquisite jewelry!!

Creative gems was hands down the best jewelry experience Ive ever had! Within minutes of arriving the owner Nick was helping me design a custom engagement ring for my now fiance! Nick met with me many times during the design process. He was patient, professional, and even stayed after hours one day to help me finish my design! The state of the art 3D software creative gems uses turns an idea into reality and the care and detail they put into the final product makes a dream come true!

Love, Love, Love Creative Gems! I stopped by one day with my old diamonds and gold and told them I wanted a custom ring. Nick talked to me about my likes and dislikes in jewelry. Twenty minutes later I was holding a picture of my dream ring he had designed. The final product exceeded all of my expectations! Nick and his staff are the best!
