I had liked this shop but was recently very disappointed. I had bought a silver bracelet this spring that was an original creation of Dougs. It had pulled away at the clasp. They wanted to charge me $60 to repair the bracelet. I paid less than that for the bracelet to begin with. I feel it was faulty workmanship but they would not stand behind their product. I will no longer be shopping there and I do not recommend this shop to anyone else. I believe that a company should stand behind the quality of their workmanship.
