This company is the WORST! I ordered a candle for a friend 3 weeks in advance for her birthday; I thought that would be plenty of time for shipping, because I only live one state away! After 2 weeks had gone by I called and asked why I had not recieved the candle and the lady told me that "they had just moved buildings" and hadnt even shipped my order yet! She promised to ship it out that day. When it didnt arrive on the day she promised it would, I called again and a different person told me that the lady I talked to was "new" and didnt know what she was talking about. He said the post office lost my order (blame shifted) and that he would send it out that day! So, needless to say I was not able to give the gift to my friend on her birthday. He told me that there would be an extra gift in the package for all the trouble... I got the package today and there was NO extra gift in it. The people at this company do not value customer service or satisfaction. They lied to me several times, I will not be buying from them ever again.

AWESOME COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought 2 candles as gifts for Christmas. The package was stolen off of my front porch! I wrote the rep that I bought them from, Patricia Spencer, and told her what was going on. She was wonderful! She went straight to JIC customer service. They gave her step-by-step directions for me to submit a claim with USPS. Once they received the claim #, they immediately shipped my order out again. Still got the candles in time for Christmas. I cannot say enough about JIC customer service or Patricia Spencer!

What a joke! Jewelry ranging from $10 to several thousand dollars they say, however have no system in place to find out the value of the jewel you received? I was told to go to a jeweller! Ummmm isnt this the point of your entire business? Wont be ordering again.

What isnt there to love about this company? Great smelling, quality soy candles that contain a beautiful piece of jewelry. They are even expanding their selection for men. This company listens to its customers and the result is a wonderful product!
