A few years ago, we had a fireplace in our basement installed by this company. The workers seemed nice enough, and things seemed to work fine. Just by pure chance, I had an LG&E inspector come in to test gas appliances in the house and found a major leak in the connection installed by this company. There was no shut off valve, it leaked, and the plumber (after no action was taken by the owner) then noted the wrong sealant was used and bolt was not installed right. This was the direct reason we had so many issues in the house, health, etc. We all make mistakes, so I called the company to fix the issue. I never demanded money, threatened legal action, I simply asked the owner to fix it. Obviously being a health and safety issue, I would have assumed some urgency to my request, but the owner simply stopped returning my calls and took no action to fix the matter. In short, this is unprofessional at best and completely a bad thing to do from a legal standpoint of risking the lives of a customer with no apparent care to fix it. I can not say to use this company or not; I can only note my experience as being negative and risky.

Absolutely delighted with our new fireplace. James replaced an off-center fireplace which was poorly installed with a beautiful stone fireplace with a propane insert.

So far so great. We received a fast quote on the spot and he even followed up by calling us back. Just dropped off a check to their office for installation.
