The price is lower because they use low quality builders grade granite, not to mention the installation crew is careless. Very shady company. Spend a little bit extra and go with a reputable company like Mees Tile or even Lowes, who will atleast stand behind their work. They dented the new sink while installing it and tried to leave without notifying me. Then they tried leaving again when it was obvious that the granite did not fit on the counter properly. Within 1 month we had staining all over our new granite because they didnt pre-treat before installation or seal it before leaving. Aaron came out and treated a couple spots but did not resolve the problem. After 6 months the granite looked terrible and I called to see if there was anything they could do. The scheduled Aaron to come out again, never showed up twice for scheduled appointments, on the third time he just handed me some basic granite cleaner and polish then left without doing anything. I then called the owner John Hobson who talked over me, raised his voice, and basically accused me of ruining the brand new granite I just paid $3000 for. After a long discussion I simply asked him to come take a look at the work and product his company installed since he had never seen it. He told me he was too busy. When I asked why he wouldnt stand behind the work of his company he made an appointment to come over but obviously never showed. It is embarrassing that we have to cover our counter tops when we entertain so the staining doesnt get worse. The company will not return my phone calls or make any further efforts to even acknowledge the poor product they are installing. I thought I was supporting a local business but they were no different than any other shady contractor you find on craigslist.

Would of given a 5 star but a few short comings with experience. First the positives. Friendly when I got original estimates. Checked other places for quotes and came to the conclusions for the quality of granite there prices where the best that we saw by about 15%, which is a huge difference. Secondly th techs that came out to get an exact template and the installers where very friendly and knowledgeable, making suggestions that ultimately saved me money. The down side, first after over a week of waiting for a template person to call, I had to call back to set an appointment for the template. Once scheduled the templates person punctual. Last complaint after waiting over three and half weeks , had to call back to check status which I was told that I was on the list to call and a tech will be out next Wednesday but would call back with exact time. Called the following week just to confirm a time and we had gotten rescheduled to Thursday, wasnt a big deal because we where flexible on our times,but of I had taken off work I would of been upset. A few scheduling issues for me , but overall extremely happy with granite chose, price and install. I highly recommend Savvy

We went with Saavy homes because they seemed reasonable in price and we loved one of the types of granite they had. They worked hard to be able to fit us in quickly which we appreciated however they lied about needing a dishwasher bracket (and who knows what else, thats just the first thing I noticed) and then cheated us out of the money we spent on that by not deducting it from our final bill. The worst part about it all is that we did a full kitchen renovation and brand new drywall was put up throughout and the installers knocked HOLES in my wall and refused to fix that or compensate for damages. I have sent email after email and they are refusing to write back. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Savvy Home Supply is the best contractor I have ever used to remodel my home! They are very professional, their people extremely skilled and friendly and they kept me informed every step of the way. But, above all, they kept my house clean throughout! During my kitchen remodel, which entailed quite a messy construction, I would return home every day to a perfectly clean house. After they finished work for the day, they would return and hook up my range so I was able to cook if I chose to do so. My kitchen looks fantastic and I am extremely happy and glad I used Savvy Home Supply. They did come highly recommended by a friend but they definitely met and exceeded my expectations. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with everyone we dealt with at Savvy. Jon and Aaron were great at helping us accomplish the updates we wanted for our home. Craig, Nicholas, Chris, Barry, Jacob and Quinton were all very professional and did great work! Charlie and Cindy were fantastic - Charlie designed our beautiful kitchen backsplash and finished our gorgeous staircase and Cindy always kept us informed and took care of all the "finishing touches." We will definitely have Savvy Home Supply take care of future projects!
