I purchased a washer and dryer here and I picked them up and they sat at my new home for few weeks before I actually had time to hook them up and use them. As soon as I noticed that the washer I purchased was a VERY low end product, and barely even washed my clothes properly, I decided I should get something nicer before 30 days was up and I was stuck with something that was terrible at its primary job, washing clothes! I went to the store and asked to speak to a manager and when she came up to the front counter she barely even made eye contact with me and just blew me off and said nothing could be done! I find out that they do not let you return ANY appliance that you purchase there unless it is defective and you call them within 24 hours of purchasing the appliance to let them know. So now I am stuck with a washer that is garbage and I even called Home Depot customer support to try and rectify the issue with no results... There is NO other place that I have found that sells appliances that has NO return policy like Home Depot does. Almost all of their competitors let you return them within 30 days, if not longer! This is unacceptable and if they have this kind of policy than it should be properly advertised in the store and also told to you before paying for them. I will NEVER spend another dollar with this terrible company and their several very rude employees! I suggest you STAY AWAY from them for any and ALL appliance purchases!

This Home Depot itself is fine, but the contract company Home Depot uses to install flooring, United Home Services, is horrible. We had a flooring installation scheduled for a Thursday morning and had been told for several weeks that wed receive a phone call the day of the install between 8-10 am (Thursday morning). We based our work schedules around that timeframe, arrived at the house between those hours and NEVER GOT A CALL from the installers! We wasted so much time waiting around and when calling United Home Services to find out where the installers were, all they could tell us is "we cant get a hold of the installers," and they werent allowed to give out his cell phone #. United Home Services has zero reliability and I wish Home Depot would not partner with them because they are useless.

I had the most horrible experience ever buy a shed i needed an 8 x 10 so i call the store they tell me the have an 8 x 10 on sale metal shed so we were excited went to get it at the store it was an 10 x 8 which we didnt want but we had to no choice but to get it. they have terrible customer service i called the night before we were coming talk to store manager he said he would have everything ready and didnt when we got there then my husband said he talk to a store manager name anna and she said they had no shed on sale got the run around then i call and talk to her about everything and she tells me she never talk to my husband.... Spend a grand and crap for service...

I went in one evening to get a deadbolt rekeyed. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come help me. A nice young man came and started to help me and a manager of some kind came and pulled him away to go hold a flag for a fork lift person in back of store. They walked away and left me standing there holding my deadbolt and nobody to help. They said somebody else would come. I waited 10 more minutes. All together I spent 1 half hour of my time to buy a $2 key. A woman at a near check out saw it and told me to go complain to the store manager. It was not a good way to take care of a customer who was already engaged.

DO NOT go to this store for paint! They mixed us the wrong color on the swatch, and we didnt notice until an entire wall had been painted and dried. It looked terribly wrong and realized they mixed a different color we had asked, so we went back to return it. The customer service was incredibly rude about their mistake and did not want to take it back. Ok, well that would have been a more pleasant experience if they werent so rude about it. So now were out $25, with a big thing of paint sitting around. My family will never shop here again. So disgusted with how rude the employees and manager were...

I came in today to get some supplies for my landscaping project, while I was in the garden area of the store my little sister and I had the privilege of working with a wonderful human being named Shead. He was incredibly helpful, offering suggestions and giving us direction as to where to find specific items we were looking for. On top of his awesome personality and helpful attitude, he ended up helping us load up the 15 bags of mulch I bought. What is normally an enjoyable experience going into your store, was turned into an exceptional one because of his help. Thanks for the help!

I was texted three times that doors were ready to pick up so I planned to pick up today. Not employees fault but he could not find the doors in storeroom. Just very inconvenient that I was in rush hour traffic, as was my son in his car (to help pick up doors), got to HD, then doors were misplaced? Im getting around with a torn leg muscle right now, so even more inconvenient that I waited around and now have to go back another day after doors are found. It messed up my night after a long day of work.

They tend to have the things I need, but these staff seem reluctant to help. I felt as if I were inconveniencing them by asking for help, or by asking simple questions. Perhaps its because I am younger than the traditional demographic. In any case, a costumer shouldnt feel like they are inconveniencing the staff, and itd be nice if they took more initiative to help -- instead of just pointing me in the director of another equally unenthusiastic staff member.

I bought a live Christmas tree on Tuesday 12/6 and it was DEAD on Saturday 12/10. Brought it back they refunded me thank you and told me it was the 3rd tree of the day to be brought back. The tree farm they are using is horrible. I dont know who that is. Never again. Now have to get another tree and decorate it before Christmas.

You know, its a Home Depot. They have pretty much everything youd expect to be able to get from a home improvement store, except in mowt cases someone knowledgeable to ask a question. There are a few old guys that know everything and anything inside that store- just dont expect them to be easily found when you need them. :-)

dont order on line and then expect them to have your order pulled, even though you get a confirmation email. it was all screwed up, and then Home Depot didnt have enough stock to fill my order
