DISHONEST CROOK. Took my laptop there since it was not charging or running off of the power cord. I asked what it would cost to repair if the power jack needed to be replaced. I was told $69/hr to fix solders(1 hr Job), and that if the part needed to be replaced it would be extra. I thought the price was fair since other places in town wanted around $100 to replace the power jack. Here is when the problems began. First he required prepayment, which at the time I didnt really thing it was odd. You shouldnt pay someone before any work has been done for the following reason. When I went to pick up my laptop he told me that it took him longer than expected and it was closer to 2 hrs. He asked me for another $69. I told him we agreed on $69 and it was not fair to ask for more money because he underestimated his time. His reply was he would unsold-er the connects (making the computer unusable again) if i didnt pay the additional charge. I could have bought a new computer for $138 had I know the real charge. I also brought in a universal laptop charger with the computer. He told me that the plugs for the charger would damage my computer and that he would sell me one if his for $50. The charger is a rocketfish from best buy, it works just fine on my computer. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible, Dishonest Man. Let him fix my laptop, needed estimate on my daughters laptop. Returned, paid and recieved my laptop, he stated 125.00 for repair of my daughters. I left laptop, told him I would call. He repaired my daughters laptop (so he says) WITHOUT MY PERMISSON, and demanded money asap. Told him I was on limited income, I would return and make payments. When payments (never negotiated) were not recieved, he says he "parted out" my daughters laptop for the cost of repair. VERY rude man. TELL THE WORLD, or hell get you too!!

ACS Computers Llc (next to Dittos on Bardstown Rd.) has always done me right. I have dealt with them four times and each time I was pleased with their service. They are not the cheapest around but I do not want junk in my systems. They use quality products and know what they are doing. There are very few organizations/VARs I recommend but they are on my good list. I know nothing of the other ACS. jp - ex-84online member

I have had a couple of printers repaired by ACS Computers. They have always fixed the problem. I find the prices reasonable. They charge an up-front deposit that gets applied to the invoice total. Some people may be frustrated if they are trying to get an inexpensive (or free) printer repaired and have a $75 repair bill. I am in business and they have saved me from buying new laser printers. Good deal for me.

I left my computer to this guys and about 10 days later , when I came back he sold my computer and said I called you few times and I sold it. That computer was for an old friend of mine I was helping him to fix put this shop owner make look bad to my as if I sold his laptop. I was pissed and I bought another computer for my friend. I dont suggest anyone to go this place they just selfish

i have been to this place before and every time i call for something they say they have it but when i go nope this product is not available. i told him i called he said we must thought you was talking about something else. be sure when you call to ask for what you looking for more then 6 times and record it lol

Took in my laptop for service for overheating and graphics so they cleaned the heat sink and the fan and replaced the screen 14 days later its back in the shop replaced the screen again and being charged 60 for labor and 80 for the screen think this is b.s. and so do my fellow veterans
