The sales staff seemed knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They did not try and "up sell" or get us to buy something we did not which was nice. You can purchase with ease of not being pressured. I bought a new dishwasher and a new wash machine. What I did not know was they would be delivered at different times. One between 8am and 11am and the other between 3pm and 6pm. They basically expected me to take 6 hours out of my work day which is impossible. I did not receive the dishwasher nor was it installed. I had to pick it up and install it myself. Before you purchase make sure to work out the logistics of delivery. Update 2/16/2014: I picked up my dishwasher on Saturday. Sunday I took it out of the box only to find it was damaged. We called h.h. gregg to let them know it was damaged and could not be installed and could they send us another one. Being that it was Sunday understandably could not but they told me the "I" could bring it back and they would "try" to find me another one. First off they were supposed to deliver me one. Never happened. They tried to say I cancelled the appointment (there was no appointment set) other than the voice mail I received telling me my product would be delivered between 3p and 6p. Another voice mail 2 hours later said the dishwasher would be delivered between 8a and 11a. Expecting me to take 6 hours out of my work day. I called them to tell them that I had scheduled off work from 3p to 6p and that would need to be the time frame (the original time set by hh gregg). It is nearly 2:00 on Monday and still no word on my dishwasher. This is not a rare product and I could have gone to Best Buy where I normally purchase but wanted to give another local business a shot. I should have bought at Best Buy. I have never had such an issue there. My in store service was good but this business does not seem to understand the importance of after the sale. Update 2/17/2014: Spoke to h.h. gregg today about getting a new dishwasher. They have agreed to replacing it with a new one. Delivery is scheduled for this Thursday BUT they can not give me a time of delivery or install. I have to take the entire day off to wait for them. My day is an average of 9 hours. I have nearly 15 hours invested in this product and company now. My advice. Purchase someplace else.

I recieved a <300 Watt Tripp Lite battery backup for Christmas, but it wasnt big enough for my needs. I need to be able to pull a 650 Watt power supply. It was slightly outside of the 30 day return policy, but it was clear that it had not been opened. They wouldnt take it back, at first. I was like, look. My wife and I have spent several thousand dollars here in the past three years. He said "well, we can replace it with a different one". I said "Great, if you have one big enough". so, the guy (who was very helpful) looks for one, which he finds. It was a 350 W, but still not big enough for my needs. Then he goes and gets the manage, who he talks to on the other side of the desk (the manager hadnt seen me yet). The guy says "is this all we have", and the manager is like "oh yeah, and this thing is quite awesome, too" ( or something along those lines). So, as Im walking over, he says "who wants it?", and the guy points to me and says "this guy". He introduces himself, and what not. I said "I have one of these already". He said "Oh yeah, this is the big boy." (which ... no it isnt) I said "Well, I need the bigger boy". Then, he says "Well, my son works for Apple. hes a tech, and he runs all his equipment on this". Then, he basically just walks off. I finally managed to get an in-store credit, which, quite dreadfully look forward to going back there to spend. We were going to be buying some new living room furniture from here... Yeah, well, not any more.

HH Gregg Does NOT support customers when the product fails. HH Gregg has great customer service when you are purchasing. The problem lies when there is an actual problem with one of their products. Then the customer service is lacking, to say the least. After spending around $2500 on a refrigerator, 4 months later it was completely dead. HH Gregg simply said contact LG. After 2 weeks of problems with LG they finally decided it needed replaced. This put us back in the hands of HH Gregg. Where we were informed by corporate that it would take 1-3 days to for them to file the swap claim, and then another few days to deliver the refrigerator. So after 2 weeks with no fridge, we are now going to have 3-4 weeks. Simply because HH Gregg does not stand behind the products they sell. There is no reason why I shouldnt be able to go to the local store in Clarksville, give them the paperwork from LG authorizing the swap and having everything completed and a new fridge installed in 48 hours. Other stores in the area do exactly this if there is a problem with an Appliance. I will never purchase another item from HH Gregg. If you cant support your customers in the purchase and in the service, then there is no need for you to get my business or anyones business that I know. I hope others learn from my lesson and spend there money with businesses that truly back the products they sell.

We recently purchased a refrigerator at hhgregg. At the time of our purchase hhgregg personnel could not check competitors prices because no one in the store could get their computer to work. The refrigerator was purchased on 5/25/15 and delivered 5/28/15. On 6/24 a competitor had the same refrigerator for $200 less. I saved the info with the date clearly marked. I was unable to get to the store until 7/3 and at that time was informed they could not refund my $200 + tax because I had not returned to the store before 6/25/15. I attempted to call customer service and waited 25 minutes and still on hold. hhgreggs price promise does not say you must return to the store before 30 days. The "manager" said I could have called and told him alathough no one mentioned that during the sale transaction. Have bought from this store many times and it is always a hassle to get them to adhere to their "price promise". This refrigerator will be my last purchase at hhgregg.

I ordered Maytag refrigerator, range, under counter microwave and dishwasher. All but the refrigerator was to be delivered 3/14/2016. The refrigerator was to be delivered on 4/1/2016. When 3/14 came they said they nothing to deliver, they didnt know why and I had removed all the old appliances. They said sorry! When they called me back days later they blamed Maytag. So we set up deliver again for 3/26/2016 as they said the refrigerator was then too. When they day arrived I was let down again. I have going to Home Depot and I have everything coming on 3/30/2016. I say run from HHgregg. The customer service is not so good either lost of miscommunication. I would give them 0 stars but I cant post if I dont give one!
