Normally dont take the time to write reviews but the crap expierence we had here just had to let it be known so others dont have to deal with it. Me and my fiancée went here to buy a tv we had found one for about 500$ so to start not one person offers to assist us in anything we had to go and find someone just to get help. So we go up to buy the tv and I count out my money and hand it too the guy he was too busy talking to a female employee leaving to go home to pay attention to his paying customer whos standing here holding him out the money for the tv so I stood there like 30 secs waiting on him to give his customer attention instead of another employee. Finally the guy beside him told him hey hes got your money just to get his attention back. Anyhow so we get everything done and taken care of and pull our car around to pick it up well the tv was bigger than we was expecting to get so it wouldnt fit. This is like 7:10 PM so I ask the guy what time you guys close and Ill run home and get something real fast to come back and pick it up he was like 9:00PM tonight. So I asked if they could put it on hold real fast and I would come back and pick it up. So we go back in and they call the tv manager over there to take care of it. Well he has no clue how to do it so he asks another guy at the customer service to help him well they work together and still have no clue what there doing so they call another manager over there and he works with it and shows them how. Meanwhile Im just sitting here like why does this have to be such A big process to just hold my tv so I can run home and get another vehicle to pick it up. I live about 30 mins from this place so I needed time to get it done. Anyhow the other manager tells me u can pick the tv up on the 24th which today is like the 19th. Im like why would I pick it up on the 24th I just need u to hold it. He says Well we dont have it in stock atm. Im like seriously he just had it outside and it wouldnt fit all I need is it put on hold so I can pick it back up. Now its like 7:30 and Im starting to run out of time to get home and get back to get it. So that manager walks away after explaining what to do to the other two and they do all this stuff and he says I have to go get the other guy. So Im like why. He says well we have to move the money you payed for the tv to a gift card rebuy the tv and so on. Im like seriously all I needed was you to put it on hold just for a few mins so I can run home and get another vehicle to pick it up before you guys close. Finally I just told him to give my money back that this was all just some joke of a place where no one seems to know what there doing or are just rude in general. Dont waste your time here find another best buy to do business in because this one is a joke.

I bought my cell phone through sprint from this store in June/July of 2015. I originally agreed to a plan of $75 a month for a new iPhone 6+ with unlimited everything including unlimited data. This plan also included the ability to upgrade phones annually which was a major selling point for me. At this time I was given a gift card to redeem in store for some accessories. I bought a $40 screen protector, a $20 charge cable and a $20 case. When I was purchasing this screen protector, the salesman (Jordan) offered to install the screen protector. I told him no, but he told me that if I let them put it on, then they will cover the screen protector against any damages that happen to it. I agreed because I wanted that additional coverage and paid the extra $8. To my surprise, The first months bill was $160 (over twice what I agreed to. Turns out Best Buy had loaded a completely different contract than I had signed. So after about 2 weeks of calling every manager in that store I was finally able to get them to contact sprint and change my contract to what I originally agreed to. After taxes and fees the monthly payment was set to just over $82. After that frustrating ordeal and so much arguing I was glad that was over with. A couple days ago however I dropped my phone (about 4 feet on a hard surface) and neither the case or screen protector helped and the screen shattered under the tempered glass screen protector. I remembered that I am due for an upgrade being it is over a year past the initial purchase. However, at the sprint store they said when whoever at Best Buy fixed my contract in that first month, they changed the terms completely and now Im stuck with this phone for another year. So $80 to Apple for a display replacement. It is then that I see if I can AT LEAST go get the screen protector replaced at this Best Buy store since they told me they would cover it. Nope. They wont even do that. Best Buy no longer honors their word on past agreements. I was told by a manager today (I was too mad to get his name) that, "Im sorry you were misled, but we cant help you." Basically saying thank you for the extra $8 we conned you out of by selling a warranty we dont honor. This store is pathetic. They dont keep their word and I will never set foot on their property again.

By far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I went to buy a computer and was told the PC to buy would support everything I needed. After dealing with issue after issue I finally took the PC back into the Geeksquad only to be informed that the sales associate had misinformed me about the recommended product I bought. This led to me having to buy a completely seperate computer and when a sales associate recommended I buy a second product for the new computer I proceeded to do so. However when checking out this product (I was told) was on back order and it would be in within two business days. They recommended I keep my new computer at the store so that as soon as the software came in they could install it. Against my better judgement I decided to wait like they recommended. When I came back in two days later to pick up my computer I informed Geeksquad of what was going on and they looked at me dumbfounded b/c the software I had supposedly ordered was no longer carried by the store. So I had now waited two days without a computer for nothing and was given the wrong information by a sales rep for the second time. I would highly recommend to anyone shopping at this location you your own due dilligence bc it was made very apparent to me that the reps at this location are highly misinformed,
