Ive had enough "average" encounters with this BB to give them a 2-star rating, however if it were based on my large-purchase experiences then Google would need to let me give them a fraction of a star. For typical day to day dealings they have medicre customer service, ok prices on some things and hugely inflated prices on others. They are a typical big-box electronics store and will prey on your lack of knowledge to upsell. When I purchased a 32" LCD TV I was told that if their price dropped in the next month then I could get a refund for the difference. Shortly thereafter they had my TV on clearance for nearly $200 less; when I asked for the refund they refused for a variety of reasons. That should have been enough for me to stop shopping for big ticket items, but...... I returned a couple years later to buy a 52" Sony set. After lots of haggling I got the salesman to get managers approval to give me nearly 30% off to pricematch Amazon. The agreement was that they would price-match out-the-door prices, however when we finally got to the register (took nearly an hour to get there) they rang up several hundred dollars of sales tax and insisted that "out-the-door" didnt include taxes. After giving the manager and salesman an earful for wasting the better part of my afternoon I headed down the road to HH Gregg where I ended up getting the set for $30 more than Amazon and hundreds less than BestBuy was willing to sell it for.

My experience was an amazing one to say the least. Maurice took very good care of me. He was very professional and on task. I had broken my new Samsung phone and came in to Best Buy to use my Geek Squad protection plan. Maurice called Bridge and found out there were no extra phones in back stock. He then had to do an in-store replacement plan. He was very professional and relaxed at the same time. Very good character. For the extra time it took for this transaction,I was waived of the deductible. I never complained but Maurice and the mobile department manager I believe, were nice to comp me this. On top of this wonderful service, I received a $100 Best Buy gift card. I received it because of the Best Buy promotion for activating a New Samasung Galaxy S8+. Keep in my I know all of what happened because Maurice talked with me through everything. Awesome guy and I will be dealing with him every time.

As a long time customer and former employee of Best Buy, I am confident that I have found the bottom of the barrel scum of Best Buy here in Elizabethtown, KY. The pleasant blue shirt staff became quickly over shadowed by the apathetic, empowered, and incompetent management team. From the store manager, to the sales manager the immediate dismissal of a legitimate concern in reference to an employee return mistake that still is unresolved more than a week later is downright sickening. There is no way that corporate Best Buy could be aware of the inferior, ineffectual, and amateurish "managers" in which they are employing. if they do, its no wonder that the demise of the big box store is so imminent, they certainly lost this "small and insignificant" customer today, and hopefully many more. Good riddance Best Buy.

I had one of the best shopping experiences Ive ever had in a store like this. The employees were friendly, but not pushy. They answered questions when I asked but left me alone when I didnt indicate I wanted their help. My only complaint is I couldve bought this video card for $50 less if Id been patient enough to wait 2 days for shipping. If it werent something I needed to replace quickly, I wouldnt have purchased it in the store and the prices on cables and adapters are ridiculous. Despite that, Im only taking one star off for those problems just because the employees were amazing in how they handled everything and that is not the experience Ive had at other Best Buy locations.

Bought a Hard Drive here for it only to be DOA. Went ahead to return it and Best Buy said the Serial Number didnt match the one on the box. I was baffled as I just purchased this earlier today, and I tend not to check if the serials match on every item I purchase before I walk out of the store. Talked to the store manager where I was basically told I was SOL even though I just purchased this from them. He even went ahead with opening a New One to prove to me that the serials are supposed to match. However, He can no longer sell the hard drive he opened new and wouldnt let exchange out even with that one, which was the same exact hard drive as I purchased. Terrible Service.

I purchased an open item from this store at a discounted rate. It is specifically labelled as no missing pieces, no damage, and I thought I could trust a big name store like Best Buy to not have to pull out all the pieces in the store to check. When I got it home and took out all the pieces, we were missing the AC Adapter. Its a small, simple thing, so I thought since we had purchased a camcorder that the store manager would at least give me a discount on buying an adapter if not give me one because the box says it has all the pieces. They were absolutely no help. And they wonder why Amazon is putting them out of business!

Had a bad experience on the sales they had last year after Thanksgiving. After I was promised a laptop that was on sale the staff had my wife and I waiting in line for 30-45 minutes The staff member who initially told us he was getting the product eventually started hiding out behind the customer service desk. When I mad my way through the crowd to check on his progress the spineless tool sent someone in his place only to tell us "whoops we made a mistake". No thanks. I order all my electronics online now and it is much cheaper. Will not ever go back. Ever.

I had a great experience here. The guy at the geek squad counter answered and explained in detail every one of my questions and even gave me suggestions on what computers where good for certain activities. When I was looking for a CP, I was approached by three different sales reps. When I finally needed one, they helped right away. So in other words, help is readily available. He was very knowledgeable and kind, and actually helped! He was a great associate. I left happy and reassured. And now Im typing this good review on my new device! ☺

People have good and bad days but for the most part every time I have been in this store I have had great service. Sometimes the people may not have the technical skills that I would like but they are always friendly and they always try. The return policy is excellent and the inventory is normally very good. Keep in mind that many people will go out of their way to write a review when they feel wronged but few people will take the time to write a positive review, maybe they feel like giving the store their cash is enough?

This is the absolute worst Best Buy that I have ever been to. The amount of laziness from the sales workers is ridiculous. I was standing in one spot for 45 minutes looking directly at a sales rep and they not once asked me if night needed help. This store needs a train up from Corporate on sales and customer service because they are loosing business left and right. For the only Best Buy around Radcliff I expect more.
