First of all theyre customer service is ran by a woman who has to be the most horrible customer service representative ever. They have no time for you as they are busy dealing with other thing OR IM ON THE PHONE!! talking to her family about people who come in the store and her son who is too sorry to get a job etc... Theyre merchandise is cheap and overpriced just like her who must be a hooker by the way she dresses. The manager is a rude SOB and told us that he has no time for to sissys (directed to me and my life partner) We got fed up told them to come get theyre merchandise and to refund us insurance money they forced us to pay on their merchandise even after signing beside DECLINE on theyre paperwork. All of this after I myself had a stroke and am wearing a heart monitor.

After having an issue with the manager at the Jeffersonville branch i spoke with the regional manager a gentleman named John who was eager to resolve my issue and was genuinely concerned about the matter. He asked me to come to the new Albany branch where I was greeted with friendly customer service and my transaction was treated very professionally the new Albany store is a shining example of how a business should be run. I definitely recommend the new Albany location and they have cookies ! Altho i think those were set out for the customers kids none the less delicious though lol
