Worse place Ive been. I will never take another computer to them to fix. First its been about 2yrs since Ive been too them. Surprised to get an email to rate them today. Took an ASUS computer to them to replace a hard drive. They had for over 2 weeks. Paid over $200 for this replacement. When I got my computer home my CD drive no longer worked. Had to take it back because it worked fine until they touched it. I waited over 3hrs for them to figure out what happened to my CD drive. They were very rude the day they repaired my CD drive. Kept stopping our conversation to talk to other customers, just plain rude like it was my fault the CD drive was not working. Also all of them acted like they had no idea how to fix my CD drive. Also when I first took the computer to them I left it in the box it came in and when I picked it up the box was not returned because they had thrown it away. They also threw away the instruction manual with any company phone numbers and 2 backup CDs that came with the computer. I never could understand why they threw that away but they were not the least bit apologetic about that. Worse computer repair store I have been to and I do not ever intend to go back there. A waster of $200 bucks and my computer still did not work right.

They are horrible to their employees. They went through 10 or more employees this in 2012 do to a bad work environment and I can name them all. Two more left already this year. They pay low wages and promise they have good bonuses when they hire you but they are actually unrealistic and when you get close to the bonuses the owner raises the amount you have to get to get the same low bonus. He even said that even tho theres no insurance that he would help out if it was needed. I had to have surgery and he did not help at all. I was also told that I would be manager and but he was just saying that to get me to work there sense I had another job at the time and wasnt sure if I wanted to quit or not. The owner Josh Powell would specifically tell me to lie to the customers and try to get as much money out of them as possible. If a computer came back under warranty he wanted us to try to convince them it was their fault and not covered under the warranty no mater what. They are also using cds with cracks on them. That are illegal to have. The owner and the workers would also make fun of and curse at each other all the time its a very hostile place to work. After seeing this post the owner called me and threatened me to take this down.

AT the beginning my experience was good the staff said they could replace the screen on my HP Pavilion Dv7 laptop. I had 2 screen replaced on my sons & daughters laptops. the first repair seemed to take a long time they said it was because they had to order the part. I received the first computer back and when I got it home I noticed the bezel near the bottom left hand corner of the screen was broken I guess they couldnt get it back on properly. The second computer I also noticed that the bezel that goes across the bottom of the screen was not put back on properly and sticks out aboit an inch. I take my computer to a computer technician because they are supposed to have training and knowledge of how to work on computers. I guess next time I will not take my computers to LapTop Exchange

Was in market for a new iMac a monthish ago, Had seen what seemed like 5000 ads online and facebook for Device pitstop. I decided to come take a look and see what they had. except its more like what they didnt have! at the time they had 1 iMac, I asked staff if they had any more and they seemed dumbfounded. When i asked questions about the specs on the iMac you could tell the sales guy was just going with the wind and showed NO confidence. I decided to hold off and shop around. Not only did i find a store with a much better selection but felt much more comfortable when making my purchase. MY WORD OF ADVISE. SHOP AROUND THERE ARE BETTER PLACES AND PRICES TO BE HAD!!!

I took my laptop in to Device Pitstop and received one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. The staff was knowledgeable and professional, they kept me up to date on the progress, informed me that a vendor sent them the incorrect part and there would be a delay, My laptop was completed in 2 weeks. I am very excited about the amount of time it took to make the repair and the customer service I received because I took my laptop first to Computer Solutions and they had it for 6 weeks with no results and the owner would not talk to me or come out to at least apologize for not getting it done. Thank Goodness for Device Pitstop

I went to this and was helped by a anorexic guy with a weird eye that said he was the owner. I think his name was "Josh Powell" but he didnt know anything about computers I was wanting a screen replaced and saw that the screen on ebay was $40 and Saw online that it would probably take about 15 min to fix but befor checking it in he quotes me $310 and then tells me it would be about 5 days. He then starts to try to get me to trade in my i7 computer for a dual core for a even trade and tried to tell me it was better. I will never go back its a big rip off and if the owner doesnt know anything about computers thats pretty bad.

As someone who works in retail and customer service, I tend to be quite harsh when it comes to rating businesses; however, I am beyond impressed and please with the service I received at Device Pitstop. Not only did the staff greet me when I walked in the door, but they were quick to assess my needs and show me the phone options in my price range and service provider. Also, my phone did NOT want to cooperate at all with the setup and exchange. Yet, they went above and beyond to make sure the phone was working and ready to go before I left the doors. Also, shoutout to a monthly protection plan and the phone case selection!

I took my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 to Device Pitstop to be repaired after I dropped it and damaged the digitizer. Although there wasnt any visible physical damage, the screen and digitizer had to be replaced. They were able to repair my phone to its former glory and at a decent price (especially considering the fact that my Samsung Galaxy is one of the newer models and the parts arent cheap). This would be a 5 star review but it took almost 2 weeks to get my phone back because the wrong part was sent from wherever they ordered it from (not their fault, but still). I definitely recommend and I would purchase from them again.
