Unlike what Mr. Zane Meiners is claiming, it couldnt be further from the truth. There are no guarantees that products are going to be working out of the box. He purchased a product under the clearance terms of Radio Shack, which stipulated ALL SALES FINAL, with no returns or exchanges available, per Radio Shack and these notices were posted throughout the store, as well as being plastered all over the sales counters. Even though I would have exchanged this product under normal circumstances, I could not exchange it regardless. The only reason he was able to get it exchanged was due to the Market Manager being in the store and he was the only person, who would have been able to make that decision. Company guidelines, under this current situation, warned of being written up for any violations of a sale. There was no gray area, as this individual, or any other person would encounter.

I bought an aux cord and when I came out to my car to plug it in, it had a short. The condescending and cruel old man with glasses at the desk insisted that I was lying and that there was no way it didnt work. one of the other nicer employees plugged it into a pair of headphones and they indeed did not work. The old man was so rude and cruel I wanted to cry. All I wanted was a working aux cord (that I paid for). Radio Shack is a place of nostalgia for me, but after this visit, I say good riddance. No human deserves to be treated the way I was. Bye

This is the best Radioshack in town, great salesmen, great customer service, very friendly staff, they make sure you bring your friends to the store next time you go there, they will tell you about every deal they are running for the week.......I will recommend you to go there and bring your family and friends.

This store allowed fraud on my Sprint account! Avoid them at all cost! Ive been fighting with Sprint for over a year to get this resolved. They dont ask for passwords and dont verify anything on accounts. Bad situation!!!
