The staff and beverages are five star great. But lets talk about the mens bathroom. Because this "s***" matters (see what I did there?). Despite the accommodating size of the single occupancy bathroom, the toilet is inexplicably placed almost flush (AGAIN. Im on fire) with the wall. The toilet paper roll box encroaches upon knee space in a way that is quite painful. A normal sized person would find it difficult to sit on this toilet without having their left leg scrapped by the sharp edge of the toilet paper roll box. This toilet should be reinstalled...even just one foot closer to the sink. Seriously. Its inhospitable and there is no reason for the horrible placement of this toilet. Im sure the manager will look into this matter.

Starbucks in London KY, is the place to stop. It is a smaller Starbucks, but is also possesses fast service and great quality product. We stop there frequently before heading into eastern KY and it never fails to empress. The seating arrangement is a little daunting, but it still is a great place to go if you need a hot or cold caffeinated beverage and some good quality pastries. Definitely try their Mocha chip cookie crumble, it is awesome!

its not as good as the ones in knoxville or lexington but for this area it works... my biggest complaint is when you order a specialty drink its always wrong... (always!!) or when you pay with credit card i have been charged twice multiple times so i now go in when i order. last thing they have two really bad workers guess that doesnt seem like a lot but look at the ratio of people.

I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my visit to this Starbucks. The woman behind the counter was rude when the friends I was with and I asked about April promotions that were advertised on the front door. The woman was mean and made me not want to visit the specific Starbucks again. I have never felt this way at any other Starbucks I have visited.

I love this Starbucks. It is my favorite and everytime I come home I go see the smiling faces at the London Starbucks. They are very friendly and they know how to make a drink. Very clean, nice place to just chill and work on your studies or whatever.You should totally go check it out.

Typical Starbucks. I stop by on my way up north and back down south. I like it because its right off the highway, easy to spot, and a good place to rest. Also, they sell "localized" Starbucks cups ad mugs, which is kind of cool if your gifting throughout your travels.

Stopped at 6:50 am and the bathrooms were clean but the customer service was awful! They got my coffee wrong then gave an attitude when they had to fix it. The people were rude and didnt even look at us. Customer service could be better...

I really love this store! The staff are super nice and will always make sure you are happy with your purchase! I recommend using the app and ordering ahead when they are busy so you dont have to wait in line.

This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I waited TEN minutes for a frappuchino when the place was 1/4 full. And it didnt even turn out good. I will never be visiting this Starbucks again.
