The only time I choose this Biggby is if I have zero time and have no choice. The wait is long, and the drinks average. I have to get extra flavor in the carmel marvel in order to have it taste remotely close to normal. They stopped offering Hot Carmel Apple Cider a full month before all of the other locations around Jackson, they have also quit serving banana nut muffins which my 2 year old loved, so we now choose other coffee shops for our morning commute. The prices at this location are also higher than that of most of the others in Jackson.

Love how staff are friendly. One in particular staff member knows my work vehicle and knows my favorite drink and how I like it made. The other staff are great too. They make my specialty drink perfect when I tell them how I want it.
