The thing thats really annoying about this location is that they make you pull out the whole card reader machine at the drive through. This is the only Starbucks Ive been to (or any drive through for that matter) that makes you hold that dirty card reader while in line. I asked an employee there one time why they do that and she said "for security purposes". That seems stupid because how come thats not standard at all drive through Starbucks locations? There are at least 3 other locations in the Ann Arbor area that have drive throughs, Ive been to all of them and they never make you hold a credit card machine at the drive through. Not only is it annoying, its really dirty. Think of how many people handle that thing every day. To me, I feel like the employees are just being lazy.

The location is perfect! Have been here several times and never had an issue when I went inside for counter service. Right drink every time. Its the drive thru at midday that is frustrating. Two times Ive used it and two times they got it wrong. Nothing complicated, a simple chai latte and both times I get coffee. Oddly enough, both times, the label on the cup reads "chai latte," so it makes me wonder if someone cant read, doesnt know it doesnt care.... I should note that my drink order was corrected by times, but the convenience of the drive thru was lost when I had to double back, find a place to park and go inside.

Oh, Starbucks of Ann Arbor. How far you have fallen. I have a sense that Starbucks decided to cut costs by eliminating a lot of their training programs. I used to go to Starbucks because I consistently got exactly the drink I wanted every single time. Now its more hit or miss than a local coffee shop AND the staff are almost always unpleasant if you ask them to remake the drink like it says on the sign. The new stores, including this one, are some of the more frustrating stores to visit. Starbucks really needs to up their game - or not - Ive enjoyed spending more time at locally owned shops.

Amazing location! I dont know if these people whove had negative experiences have come in on off days, or when theyre slammed with not a lot of workers (which Ive seen a few times), but they are usually very friendly and never rude. You can tell they are trying their best when they are busy, and I understand not being able to stop, talk and be smiling every moment. They do such a good job and are very helpful with every question I have had in the past. Id reccomend them over all the other locations any day!

Have stopped by this location multiple times on my way to work and have been disappointed in several occasions. All the drinks I have gotten have tasted good, however, the amount of liquid in the cup is unacceptable. For a $5-6 drink, its filled 2/3 with liquid and the rest foam. Im paying to drink the liquid, not the foam. This has happened a handful of times and Ive simply looked past it. However, after 5+ times, Im over it. Good luck.

I was very excited to try the berry sangria because someone I work with had one and it was beautiful...it was a deep burgundy color with lots of fruit on the top. I went to Starbucks the next day and ordered a berry sangria through the drive thru and was handed a cup with what looked like water with two blackberries floating on the top. Needless to say I was very disappointed

Typical Starbucks. Its slightly less busy than the average Starbucks, but it can still be a few minutes wait, particularly in the morning rush. The location is very new, having opened within the last year. The drive through is particularly useful, and its pretty convenient to get in and out of, particularly from the highway.

I just like the concept of reviewing a Starbucks. This is my local Starbucks and each staff member actually will apologize if they forget my name! Pretty crazy, in a good way. We have had some issues with drink consistency from Barista to Barista but overall, its still Starbucks. Every. Single. Time.

We stopped in at this Starbucks and got specialty drinks, just what we wanted and DELISH! But on top of that, I left my purse on a chair at the store, and the store manager tracked me down and sent it back to me. Shout out to Claudia and her team for terrific customer service! I will be back!!!

The service here is extremely slow. Its a given youre going to wait at least 20 minutes for your drink. Two Saturdays in a row now, no coconut milk. Bad planning. Looks like Saline road will be back in my trip to Starbucks. Disappointed

Generally a good shop. I visit frequently and my order is usually correct. Sometimes wait times are long, but nothing to keep me from visiting. Nice, clean store with LOTS of outlets for charging your electronics.

Regularly use the drive through on lunch and they tend to be slow. Id say my average wait is 20 mins with a 3 to 4 car line. The people working are always nice, out seems like they need some help.
