Poor customer service and received the wrong beverages. My mother and I almost got charged full price for items that were clearly on sale. We waited around 10 minutes to order and then for the order to be corrected to the right price. After our order was put in, the male barista with black hair making the coffees was being chatty, joking around, and had no sense of urgency as we waited another 10 minutes for our coffee to be made... And it was made incorrectly. My mom ordered the cinnamon dolce latte, which was made just fine. But I ordered the new Smoked Butterscotch latte and got a cinnamon dulce instead (imagine if I had been allergic to cinnamon). I think that if the barista with the black hair was maybe paying attention and not babbling away that I might have had a better chance at receiving the correct beverage. There were also no cup sleeves for the drinks. Unfortunately, my mother and I had already reached the freeway, which is only a block down the road, when I discovered the mistake. We were on our way home and honestly I was looking forward to enjoying my coffee to end my already crappy day at work. The only positive part of this experience was the kind young woman who was tending the register. She was friendly and helpful. Sadly, I will not be visiting this location again.

The past 5 times I have gone to this establishment my coffee has been burnt. I would love to ask them to remake it, like every other Starbucks, but this store is so pack and so busy that I would end up waiting another 20 minutes for the fixed drink on top of the 20 I waited for the original. Do yourself a favor and avoid the traffic and the wait for subpar coffee. Ugh.

On some mornings when the right drive through lady works, everything is great.. however when she isnt there my order is somehow messed up in multiple ways. They are great at remaking it the time ahead but I dont want to ask for a remake every time I come.. Id just like them to listen a little better or ask if they arent sure.

my drinks are always great, theres a few people here ive always had bad customer service with. they either seem upset they have to take my order, or theyre upset they have to make another drink. especially when i come later in the evening.... bro u dont close for 2 hours you can make me an iced tea.

Very local and always are willing to do anything to make the customers happy. if hey were closer to my college i would come here more than I do, but since I only go to Brighton for swing dance or the movies, and or target, that is the only time i hit it up to tame my coffee urge.

Always busy AF. However the staff usually gets it done in a timely fashion. Lots of turtle and V neck hipsters trolling the web on the iPhones because they cant afford data so they use up the lobby space. All in all.. Not bad

Fast friendly service! They keep their pastries well stocked - its frustrating that so many starbucks run out of somethings by 2pm consistently - (Im looking at you, Starbucks on Plymouth rd, Ann Arbor!).

Its pretty typical for a Starbucks. Its popular so there are usually several people in line and it can be a challenge to find an open table. But, the staff hustles to serve people as quickly as possible.

Worst Starbucks ever... There is always a long wait. They are never staffed appropriately for any type of rush. They never order enough seasonal products to be in Stock for any length of reasonable time.
