I have never had issues with this location, but today was a different story. I have a Starbucks Gold card that gives a free drink or food reward. I had a friend go in for me to get my free drink. She came back telling me that they said I never had a reward. She was told to pay. I went in after work and asked why she was charged. I was then given attitude immediately after asking my question. The barista named Wendy told me that there is no way of knowing if I had a reward unless she was told by my friend so she could press a button. That is when I proceeded to tell her the rest of my story before she cut me off again, I told her that she did tell whomever was there that I had a free drink and they told her I didnt. That is when she contradicted herself by saying that she cant look up a reward. Then how did they say I didnt have a drink?! She then said that it was my friends fault for not saying I had a reward. However, my friend did. This is where she accused my friend of lying. This is when I got disgusted by her. Why would a person lie about a free drink because they want to pay for it? She then told me that there was nothing she could do because it was our fault that we never said anything, and for a person who works in customer service I would never accuse a customer that they are in wrong and try to blame the mistake on them. I will never return to this location. Whoever the manager is needs to give a nice talk to Wendy and let her know that the mistake falls upon her because she is the one who contradicter herself and got caught up in her lie. Congratulations on loosing not one, but 2 customers. The lady behind me heard all of this and left the establishment with me because she too was disgusted by your employees.

Crappy attitudes soured my drink. I love both of my Snellville Starbucks; but, everyone left me feeling sad for them, and as a customer, at the Johns Creek location. I pre-tipped after ordering a "secret menu" frapp. I always tip well when I do that, not bc they automatically deserve it but bc theyre a) not required to memorize that one; and b) usually gave a steady flow of customers. The dirty look I got from the young guy on register wasnt enough but Chelsea had to loudly announce how she "got stuck with this secret menu drink." So, I not-so-loudly said, "Well, thatll teach me to tip BEFORE the drink is made." She didnt even make it correctly, whether it was on purpose or the fault of who wrote on the cup. Lastly, everyone there acted like the premi-donna baristas you only hear about but dont actually run into. Wont come back no matter how many doc visits nearby there are. The people at Panera, nearby, are great!

Place is clean, staff is knowledgeable & friendly, drinks always taste great. Youd expect nothing less from a Starbs smack dab in the middle of wealthy suburbia. They adhere to corporate policy pretty strictly; keep in mind if youre coming from a location thats lenient on refills and stuff. Used to be my favorite spot to drop by after work - the patio is not closed off, and is great for catching up on emails while eating dinner. Unfortunately they started shutting off the WiFi at closing time recently. Not a reason to dock stars, of course. TL;DR: issa Starbucks. Not much to say.

Java is not the real pick me up at this location, swing by and meet Cory, shes always upbeat, personable and she never miss a beat, if your looking for a coffee house that makes you feel known and welcomed, this is certainly your location, Cory remembers you by face and name...she is a real delight, and I am always impressed with the great service provided by her and the whole team.

One of the better ATL starbucks in terms of cleanliness. The only problem is the inside is quite small and the ridiculously long line for the drive thru that ends up blocking the way in and out. Probably good to relax at outside of high traffic hours except for that and being smaller than average. My drink was also pretty bad last time but it happens, Ill be back.

Always a pleasure when going to this location. The staff is friendly and takes their time to discuss new products and offer services. The orders always come out in a decent amount of time and made like I like it. I would recommend going to this location and sitting down for a little while as the area is clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable.

Great Starbucks location, the interior is modern with wood furnishings all around. Its a good place to meet up to catch up with old friends and to work on group projects. Conveniently located in the Medlock shopping plaza along with Chipotle and LA Fitness, nice place to stop by.

Ordered a chia tea latte on 11/23/2016but received what tasted like plain steamed milk. There was no chia spice. When I pay 5$ for a drink I expect it to be what I ordered. Please note there is no drive through. That has not effected my rating, its just an FYI.

Small friendly high traffic store. Plenty of parking. Biggest problem is the uncomfortable chairs. Flat bottoms and flat backs. Other nearby Starbucks have not followed this awful decision. Dont go here unless picking up coffee to go, its too painful

The coffee is consistently good and there are always customers inside. No drive-thru though. They arent the fastest Starbucks Ive been to, but the employees seem to be hard workers.Theyve gotten every order right so far. Will definitely return.

This is a great Starbucks. The outdoor space makes up for the lack of inside space. People here are always friendly and I use this place for work so often that I would feel bad giving anything other than a 5 star review...

Everytime I go to this Starbucks, the manager is very rude. He doesnt smile or act polite towards customers, always has a frown on his face. Other than that, have a pretty ok experience with the other workers.

Although this location doesnt have a drive-thru, there is plenty of convenient parking. This location is always clean and the staff are great. Can enjoy seating inside or outside.
