Regis Salon in the Fayette Mall is a joke. I showed Jennifer a very specific picture with a cut and color that I wanted done. She assured me that she would take care of me. My hair had been previously dyed a brownish red and I wanted an ombre turquoise with lavender tips. 1 Jennifer bleached my hair and there were patches that would not bleach due to my hair having already been lifted during the above mentioned earlier dye job, she did not explain that you can not lift already lifted hair and proceeded anyways, with the non bleached patches still visible she then started with the turquoise color which they were out of but she said she could whip something up, the end result was the front being a washed out grayish green with the unlifted hair clearly visible , a band of blue and then the entire back of my head a dark purple. Also she dyed my entire neck purple. The cut is also not what I asked for but it is bearable. Finally I was charged 177 dollars. I will never go back to Regis and I will be telling everyone including posting this review on Google, the Fayette Mall website and ant social media I can find that Regis is on.

My experience was awful. I walked in and explained that my iPhone 4s would not allow me to hear any conversations or music. The speakers will work randomly. The genius shined a light in the holes on both ends of the phone and said your sensors are red therefore you have spilled liquid on your phone. I said Sir I am very picky about my phone and I know for a fact that the phone has never been in liquid. If it was in liquid then why is all my data working fine. He said well let me take it apart and check it; youre right the inside is dry, so we are going to fix it for you for $200.. I said you want me to pay for a manufacturer defect. He said Im not saying that. Then when I get upset he starts accusing me of the phone being in liquid. I just want to say Thank you Apple for standing behind your defective product NOT! And hiring Genius NOT!! Sincerely Dissapointed Customer!!!!

The mall is really nice with good and plenty stores. We usually take our kid to play in the play place and do a little shopping. I took away a star because of the vendors. The vendors are not attractive. The products are basically junk and an eyesore. If they would replace them with better quality vendors with things people would enjoy and want to buy it would help a lot. I have been to many malls around the world and it is surprising how much vendors can make a difference. A place that also included local community things says a lot. For example, One mall i went to had collaborated with the local human shelter and had nice vendors. It attracted a lot of attention and people were everyone. A group had sugar gliders one time and it brought a big crowd when he was showing them off. All in all though this is a good place to go shopping and grab a bite.

Came for New Years Day got here at 5:45 to find out the mall closes at 6. We were standing in line to get food before 6 and the restaurants in food court started to stop taking orders. Again it was not 6 yet. This is poor customer service. And although I live closer to Fayette Mall than any other, I am now considering taking my business elsewhere. We were not asking them to stay open past their time...but even at a McDonalds, if you are inside and in line before they close you are served. And dont even get me started on the rude security guard.

This place was very dirty, the Wemons bathroom was so bad I would not even use it, poop all over the toilet. Toilet paper all over the floor. My son said the mens bathroom was not much better. Someone had dropped a coke in the walkway, I mean a really big spot, no one never cleaned it up. Jc penny... Looked like a bomb had went off in that store, on top of being 99.99 degrees in there. Whom ever owns this place, they REALLY NEED TO CLEAN IT UP. Not that anyone cares... But I probably wont be back.

This was my first trip to the Fayette Mall and I was not disappointed. It is a fairly large mall with a couple twists and turns, not hard to navigate. The food court is a substantial size with many offerings including Cajun, Oriental, Sushi, Southwest, A&W, Chick-fil-A, Subway, and many more. And Im happy to report...there was a Sbarros, so I was not denied my mall pizza! There were a large variety of stores and several restrooms placed strategically throughout. Great trip!

Quite a few store options, but this mall had the grossest bathrooms I have ever seen. I had to go to a second bathroom because the toilets in the first all had "things" on the seats. The second bathroom wasnt much better, but I was able to find a cleanish looking option. However, upon closing the door I noticed that there were streaks on the door (likely some sort of bodily fluid). Maybe go to the bathroom at home before heading here.

Its always clean. The mall offers so many different stores, your bound to find something youll love. Some are sold at a good price for the quality of product. As well as some of the new high end name brand stores are their as well if thats what floats your boat. The food court is amazing!! Their are jewelry booths, phone accessories, Starbucks, candy shops, Coach, Wet Seal, Forever 21, Gap, Banana Republic, Chipotle, and many more!

The place is good for the size. Has some bad kiosks and all in all is a good place. Not great but a good place. The only place I was treated like a real customer even though I visited Jewelers and a Crystal place I dont want to say the names of the business because,Im not that kind of guy. But they treated me like u was going to steal. Instead of as a customer. In all the only good experience I had was at the food court sadly.

Well as far as malls are concerned which I avoid usually at all costs the Fayette Mall is functional, logically laid out. Very large as far as Im concerned. Granted Ive been in bigger, but for the area it has everything a person could want to just window shop or actually find something. I suggest going during the week right after opening if possible otherwise traffic and people get deep.

Nice face-lift for a medium-sized city mall. Has the feel of larger city than Lexington. Too bad there are preteens wearing next to nothing and total drooling pedophiles stalking around and its quite obvious when they just sit and watch wearing sweats and filthy spotted clothing. We need to have a mall for them with just dolls they can play with then oops.. Forgot the key. Tootles.

Great size mall for the towns size, with quite the many shopping venues. Compared to where I used to live; the mall actually manages to keep businesses coming to filling slots, so there are few empty units. Would definitely recommend coming to this mall, especially if youre visiting from out of town. No true Lexington experience is complete, without having visit our Fayette Mall!
