I adore Surrey square! Back in the day it looked like a mini city... that was air conditioned and you could walk go all the stores and never had to leave the building to do so. Thats changed... But heres what else has changed.... It got larger. All the shops we already loved... And more. If youre hungry.... The challenge is narrowing down what kind of food you want from which restaurant. You have kfc/Taco Bell, Chipotle, Wendys, MCD, pizza, chilli, subs, you name it...they got it. Krogers... Yep... With a pharmacy, smoke shop, automotive parts, jewelry, clothing, medical offices, hair, phones, hardware... Its all there. Im there nearly every day. Lately...becuz of expansion... Parking has gotten interesting if you need a handicapped space but its a great place to shop.

Back from the dead mall serving Norwood since the 1970s. Kroger anchoring the mall, with lots of food places and a few retail shops. Even has a Radio Shack. How retro can you go? Looks like the Wendys just got a make-over, but the rest of the place hasnt changed much since they remodeled the main building place around 2008. I work in the area and only use the restaurants for lunch and occasionally hit Kroger when I need to bring something to work. - 2016 November -

Ive often stopped by the kroger or skyline after a night class and have observed some strange interpersonal exchanges. Im not aware of the daytime crowd, but nighttime demands a locaized socioanthropologic study of a rare culture. There is a truly unique and often vivacious display of action and dialogue, which erupts amongst those who are comfortable on this commercial archipelago that transcends age, class gender and race.

Google seems to think Surrey Square is still some sort of legitimate mall when its really just a neighborhood shopping strip. Theres a Kroger, a Marshalls, a Sally, a handful of cheap eats and a nail salon. Its basic necessity central minus a pharmacy...though I suppose Kroger covers that. Dont expect anything fancy, but you can kill an afternoon here if you try.

Its basically a strip mall type shopping center. Theres a Kroger which is great plus too many other stores to mention. Its easy to find, easy to see, convenient location, with several entrances and exits, which is great because its on a busy street. Oh, and there are several fast food places between the strip mall and the street. Its laid out very well.

The business are fine. Decent Kroger, remodeled Wendys and KFC/Taco Bell. BUT the panhandlers make it unbearable. Who begs for money at the drive thru window? Not to the business but to the customers. Gube me some money. I want your change. Buy me some chicken. Its ridiculous and an embarrassment to Norwood.

The traffic is always bad around the Kroger store. Marshalls always has great items. Some other small clothing shops. Really good American Chinese food take out. Chipotle is always a good option. There are other small fast food and take out places that are always quick.

Kroger, rainbow, cute little candy store with old fashioned candy, chipotle, Cancun and others. Parking is a nightmare. The fast food restaurants kfc/taco bell, McDs and Wendys are set up kind of awkwardly to create more traffic.

Surrey Square is no longer a mall . It is a plaza with a Kroger grocery store and other stores and restaurants . Parking could be better lot needs speed humps to slow some drivers down . Over all a good place to shop in Norwood .

Lots of fun stores everything from Electronics groceries communication providers a variety of restaurants in clothing stores. Although parking lots are provided sometimes faces near the store you want to go to are taken

Its place is good for the weekends. Went for a movie and had a meal and window shopping. Lots of young people come to this place cos its next to Sunway Lagoon. Good place.

The main plaza is pretty standard for a little grocery shopping and a few shops and restaurants. The peripheral fast-food services are a bit slow moving.

Traffic is terrible all the time especially around kroger and McDonalds. They really should not have moved kroger to the other end. It was an awful idea.

Store selection is so so, traffic in the parking lot is less than desirable. What I notice most is that the patrons are not the most pleasant people.

We call the Kroger there the Soviet era Kroger because theyre always out of stock of things I need. Cancun Mexican is nice though.
